Need Help Identifying this .308 Federal OTM Ammunition

View attachment 39595View attachment 39596Bought 200 rds from a guy who had about 1500 of them loose that he bought in bulk. He did not know what grain they are or anything else. As pics show, casings (all of them) are stamped "Federal 12" and have an OTM bullet with a groove cut around the circumference just where it seats in the casing. Haven't seen these before..does anyone have an idea what these are? Grain?

No pic of the tip taken but is in an open-tipped bullet and looks identical to the FGMM except for the groove around the bullet.

if you are pretty certain they are all the same, pull apart one of the rounds.

OK--thanks. That looks like what I have (OTM, not the ball). I got them for very cheap (.65 per round) compared to what the guy on calguns is selling them for ($1.75/round) but mine didn't come in a pretty box.
