Rifle Scopes nv question

i just picked up a monocular in an oddball trade and i have no idea what the brand is or how to find info about it (and yes i have found the one thing google cant do) its a moonlight cyclop-1b says made in russia and it uses a 9volt for power thats all it has on it. any info would be helpfull. knowing my luck i should just use it as a paper weight
