I'm glad I live in a state where citizens can use lethal force to defend their property and themselves and not worry about civil or criminal liability.

The national media won't tell these stories during our national "conversation" about gun control:

Why should protecting ones self and family be governed by state location.It should be a nationwide ability...

Sadly it shouldn't. But not all states have these laws on the books. Oklahoma is one of those states. There is an Oklahoma law that specifically states if you are found "not-guilty" or no charges are filed then nobody can file a civil case against you.

Right On! I believe it will get worse before it gets better.
