Member Link Up Places to shoot 1K+ near Phoenix, AZ

Anybody have any suggestions on where to go shooting out to 1000m or more here near Phoenix? Would prefer to head out east past the Superstition Mountains as I live in Gilbert. I have plenty of places to shoot 300m or so near Queen Valley, but anything much more than 300m in that area is asking for trouble based on what I've been able to find. Too many dirtbike/ATV riders to safely shoot in many of those locations as they come blindly zipping through the washes or trails. If anyone could please help steer me in the right direction I'd really appreciate it. (If you don't want to post up your favorite spot in the open forum maybe you could send me info in a PM)

You have to be part of a club or a special event to use it. I generally go up north for over 600.

If you ever wanna cruise towards Maricopa there are a few spots.

I've gone out to one place in Maricopa near some power lines, where there were some mountains / big hills. Unfortunately the area was very overgrown and it made it tough to have a good sight of any of the steel targets set up. Is the area you speak of covered by a lot of brush or is it pretty open?
