You have to be a complete retard to not understand how post Civil War racism lead to the marginilization and subsequent socialist dependency of inner city minorities. At some point people need to pull up their boots and own their situation, but slavery and the fallout set this all up.

So, what would the fault of western european immigrants that landed after slavery be?
Btw the "government" created the inner city dependency. Started working well around 1964.
