his latest video "9-0" is what he is currently going to court with.
what i heard (not sure) is that the way this suit is filed, the court basically has to see this evidence (of specific foreign hacks or connections into election machines). if you didn't already see it, they basically grabbed examples where there was data manipulation.
now i don't know if or how they are going to force the court to watch or review/consider this evidence, but i suppose we will find out.

i should note that when i searched for it, there are already "it experts" debunking the evidence.
not sure if they are correct, or like doctors telling you hcq is deadly.

The concerning shit is your statement is the lack of discipline in the Army. I don't know if it is a symptom of the Army getting too big but all branches have units that wane in military discipline. I agree that the careerist mentality is extremely detrimental to the military. I wouldn't go so far to say the whole institution is bad.

I was a 26 year old recruit in Marine Corps boot camp 40 years ago...........I am sure my boot camp was much easier than the recruits in 1941, as I am sure the recruits today have it much easier than I had it........everything now has to be politically correct........a DI is limited to what he can do today as opposed to 40 years ago, or 80 years ago...........My Corps is going to hell along with everything else.......

Middle NCOs (E6-E7) cant do shit about anything. This is literally come straight from DOD. No going to the left or right.

I had my training right before I got out of how bad of a person and threat I was because I was white.

No one questions anything anymore. They just do it, no matter how stupid or against views it is.

The army does directly reflect from society and sadly the liberals are in control.

The military is divided and lines have been drawn. It almost came to physical confrontation in that brief I had between a 1SG and a senior E7.

These new soldiers think that they are owed something. Aand dont even think of correcting them, because females will claim sexual harassment and the males if they are any minority will claim EO.

I had almost 20 negative counseling on a soldier and for being late to formations, being disrespectful, telling me that standing at parade rest demeaned him and he wouldn't do it anymore and for just not doing his job.

1SG wouldn't send up the separation packet. He went Scott free.

Dont even think about using physical correction such as push ups or planking, because you can only make them do 5 repetitions and it has to be one of the exercises in the new PT program.

There are no more shark attacks in basic training. They dont even have to pass a PT test anymore to graduate basic.

So tell me how the army is truly....

Most of that stuff is news to me but not passing a pt test is nothing new. Battalion Commanders have been able to waive that one since at least 07. All the company commander had to do was show progress in prior tests. Come to think of it, there wasn’t much that wasn’t waiverable to graduate.

F#ck, I bet a TI/DI, couldn't yell at a recruit, and say he/she was a "worthless piece of shit", if the TI/DI had a mouthful himself/herself. I'd love to go back to where it all started for me and see/hear how Basic is for this new generation of recruits. I bet it would be a hoot.
My first morning of Basic, was a REAL eye opener for me. I'm sure a TI of today, would NOT be able to get away with what mine did to me that first morning. Hint: I got flipped out of my bunk and asked if "I needed a personal F'n invitation to get out of F'n bed!", all the while that steel bunk was laying across my neck and back. I will admit, I was hung-over and he was VERY loud. Mac🤢

All I had to do was stand in front of locker #2 to be singled out for first slamming into the locker.

I was in pretty good shape and the lockers were thin so it didn't hurt just made a lot of noise.

I just took it in silence didn't seem like he was actually trying to hurt me.

Three lockers down someone chuckled, mistake. They got put on the floor kicked in the ass and had to do 50 pushups.

The DI walked back to the front and asked what the fuck I was smiling about. I told him that stupid mother fucker down there.

He almost broke into a smile.
He pt-ed us till chow.

If I remember right he broke 3 and had one med setback the rest made it.

Both my sons endured way more than I had to. But it seems now everyone gets a participation ribbon?

Daily Mail is not based. Their shit swings both ways and is done so to entertain both sides.

Often the reporting sucks, as if written by a 5 year old, but if you look you can see both sides.

Where they shocked me was "local interest" stories. There was a heinous murder in my state, nothing national let alone international, and they had better reporting than local news. Victim was an attractive female and the crime was graphic - typical crime reporting of salacious shit to attract readers.

I disagree with you thought that Boot was harder in WWII than it was 1980.

What I find in reading is that circa 1940 recruits were expected to be mature and for the most part it seems they were more "advanced" than their peers today.

Helicopter Parenting has incrementally progressed. No longer are peeps getting married at 19, homeowners by 25.

Kids now stay on the parents insurance to 26, living in the basement in their 30s.

A lot of those 1940 kids had lived through the depression and likely worked in a CCC camp. DIs may have had to beat some wise ass out of them but they didn't have to teach "survival" basics.

Take how much liberty peeps had with weapons than, no central armory, rifles in the barracks. You PCS your rifle goes on the train with you.

Here is the video of that meeting. I start it at 18:00 to put his comments into context. The statement that caused CNN to get their undies in a bunch is about 20:35. However, one really needs to listen to what he said building up to that to understand his comments in total.
