Not going to lie, this looks interesting depending on the price. Comes with TT triggers, rem 700 foot print and savage style barrel fluted bolt. I mean...what more can you really ask for from one of the premiere, top shelf AR makers in the game?

While it's cool to see new products, is a bit worrying that so many AR centric manufacturers are going to the bolt gun segment.

Right, what do they know that we don't?

I thought the same thing. Colt, aero now Anderson. Maybe they are getting ready for the ban hammer to come down on semi autos.which is even more worrying.

That would be a bitter pill. Far too many semi-auto firearms are in America. To actually ban the manufacture would only lead to a black market the likes of which not even GOD has seen. To attempt to remove all semi-auto shotguns, semi-auto hunting rifles, Semi-auto vintage/antic firearms, (including rifles such as the Remington Model 8 and the famous/infamous Luger) Semi-auto handguns, and for that matter, one pull, one fire, double action revolvers, from the hands of individual owners would require a police state, that would lead to a total upheaval of society. (And blood would flow like rivers, making the purges of Joseph Stalin seem like a minor incident. )

It could happen, but I am really interested in seeing how this short rifle/long pistol “Brace” ban or registration is going to go.

Look at the cra* going on in Canada - Many semi-s are already banned, and more to come if the Liberals keep their socialist coalition going. All the shootings in USA are just helping call the tune for bans there.

Bolts are selling right now. There are a very few "bargain" priced actions available. I wouldn't read into this any more than that. I hope these sell well and put some pressure on the boutique stuff that are charging BAT prices without BAT QC.

I suspect those companies with high end AR offerings moving into bolt gun business are more looking to expand into foreign, more regulated markets where buying bolts are the default and offer larger sales and revenue growth opportunities. By contrast the AR market in the US appears (I’m in Australia looking in) to be quite saturated. Happy to be corrected on my observation of AR market in the US.
