One of my Radian Raptor charging handles failed last week. The left side latch hook sheared off and was only noticed when removing the bcg for cleaning. The fracture appeared to be at a porous casting area.
I called Radian up, sent them a few pictures, and asked for a new left side replacement hook and a new roll pin.
Radian mailed me a new Raptor, no charge.
No hassle, no questions asked.
I can be hard on gear, so Radian will continue to get my business.
