Just trying to make sure I'm reading these SAAMI spec correctly. When a measurement has a + or - next to it, this means it can be up to or below the first number right?

For example, for COAL it shows 1.920 - .020. This would mean that a case length between 1.900 and 1.920 is within spec correct?

Correct, that is the tolerance call-out on the print, so as you noted, 1.920 would be the SAAMI max case length, with 1.900 being the min.

Haha, I guess I never looked too closely at the actual acronym, just pronounced it.

Fixed the title and reference in case someone that can read has the same question in the future.
