I would like to commend Josh Stabler of Shadow Tech (Hog Saddle) for his excellent customer service. I emailed him that I had lost the bolt and spring for my unit. It did not malfunction or break, I lost it. Entirely my fault. He emailed back and asked for my address, then 3 days later I received the parts in the mail. You cannot ask for a better commitment to a customer than this, and I applaud his ethics.

Unfortunately with the advent of the internet it seems like you hear about every little negative thing and not enough unbiased positive stories.

This is one of the good ones!

I'm not sure what the deal is but for like a month the edit post button brings me to the edit post screen but I can't get a cursor in the edit box. Looks like my spelling is for the world to see.
