I feel sorry for this guy, I do. I understand his frustration. But why should I be penalized as if I were a criminal because the entire system, put in place to prevent such a tragedy, failed to do what it was supposed to do, despite multiple red flags?

Look at the statistics. An account created right before the election when Russia kicked their propaganda machine into high gear. 170,000 tweets over the last 597 days. 234,000 likes in the same period of time. That's roughly 285 tweets per day. 390 likes per day. If you consider that 1 tweet would take roughly 1 minute for an average person to decide to make, like, or share, this person would have to be spending almost 5 hours a day doing nothing but tweeting. That's not counting likes, replies, and other reactions.

Nobody tweets that much unless it's their job.

Sure enough, if you put the account that Veer linked, it'll pop up as a propaganda bot. You can even check for yourself.

Nope. I am not saying that. I am however saying that it is pretty telling that Veer_G is getting his news filtered through a Russian propaganda operation that is specifically aimed at dividing Americans. If you follow accounts like these on twitter you are getting a lot of disinformation and outright lies. Not in the same sense that MSNBC might frame a certain issue to get you to think vegetarianism is cool, but stuff that is utter nonsense that radicalizes people enough so they go hold up pizza restaurants.

It's not that we don't want varying opinions and spirited debate here. We all learn from what the whackos from the hard left have to say. In the end, it was his desire to derail any and every thread with diversions and trolling (everyone knows I hate a troll) that was this one's undoing.
He offered no commentary on the content of the video itself, instead choosing to start another little fire of his with drawing links to the source and the member who posted it. Completely irrelevant.
