Gunsmithing Simple Drill & Tap + Barrel Thread: Who?

With all the great custom builders out there doing full custom builds, is there anyone decent who still does relatively simple gunsmithing but with high quality? I dont mind a reasonable wait but dont think it should take as long as a full custom job either. Someone must have this niche covered. I have a 700 that needs the base holes in the receiver drilled and tapped for 8x40 as well as the barrel threaded and a thread cover made for 5/8-24. I dont mind paying for quality work, I just dont know where to look for it.

Suggestions?

Drilling the base holes to 8/40 isn’t really necessary if using a one piece base with a shoulder on it. I'd save my money unless you’re just set on having this done. Threading 5/8x24 with a thread cap, almost same day. Call if interested.
