Can anyone convert the colors in this photo for me, and get rid of the background?

WHITE to YELLOW
BLUE to Mil. GREEN/Forest GREEN/OD GREEN

Try this one on and see how it fits. I don't personally like the green/yellow so I reduced the saturation quite a bit.
I'm in agreement with Sheepdog...hard to make quality adjustments if you don't know how it's going to be used.

I think he wanted the background gone leaving just conan and not all the stuff. I found it difficult with him not having feet visible, but im sure it can be done, that looks great imo.

They won't be screen printing it unless you have a vector file for them...and since these are all raster photoshop jobs...you're looking at some kind of image transfer.

It also sounds likes probably a copyrighted picture...

You can screen pixel based art if you know how to separate it correctly. The art is only two colors, gold and a black. You will need a flash plate of white so it stands out on a dark shirt. This art would be a three color screen job.
