I bought this new from surplus a few years ago. Added the G-Code paddle holster to make it easy to slip on/off. Works so good I went and got the smaller Silynx, and while the electronics are not as good on the smaller Silynx IMHO, I still like the smaller package better. No need for two, so this one has to go.
Used about two dozen times, still on my first set of earplugs, bought a second new set of Mediums (included) with the green stems. Still includes the original other sizes I never used, the manual, and the radio cable thing I never had a use for.
