Since I was 15 for just under 50 years I have had at least 1 earring. After my second little brother died I pierced the other and wore two small silver hoops, one for each. They were also was an homage to my hippie rebellious days.

The other day, I removed them both. I have left the left completely behind me.

I can't ever forgive her for facilitating "red flag laws" in FL for (then) Gov. RIck Scott. That's a 2A "Capital offense" to me. It's going to be a total Herculean Effort to repeal them here, without successful litigation. The legislature has demonstrated time and time again that they won't do it. I think it's going to take a SCOTUS order declaring them unconstitutional. And even then, they may ignore that anyway.

I think that could be called a number of things but all of them revolve around:

-Psycho emotional illness- Self hate attempting to either hide from reality, or adapt themselves to something they dont hate. Maybe a need for attention.

I don't equate all the ornaments and body art with left specifically although they do seem to be trying to claim it.

A lifetime ago for some of the people here I worked with quite a few "younger" folk with multicolored spiky hair that liked to frequent places like Power Tools and Numbers. Other than the poor taste in music, hairstyle, body art and clothes they were relatively normal people I hung out with at the beach and other venues.

Funny thing is (?) I never watched him. He came across as a snobby, elitist, condescending asshole that was anything but "funny". Same thing with colbert. seth myers was just a moron, not worthy of my time.

I have no doubt that it was intentional, but they have destroyed late night TV. The days (nights) of Carson are long gone and they killed them. I quit television, harveyweird and music a long, long time ago. Precisely because of so many people like this whiney asshat.

I am happy to report that there is a détente. We had some great texts and he seems to relaxed a lot on Charlie’s “persona” and focused more on the outrageous slaughter.

He is due here for coffee and conversation today.
