don't doubt it. cutting into or transecting a major artery-carotid,subclavian,axillary,bracheal etc will beat spinal injury as COD. might not even be obvious in field but until autopsy. ok,this guy is an expert. whether or not Charlies movement was decorticate posturing or not is still an open question but sure not a hill to die on. the guy was murdered for his opinions. this doc put that point in a perfect way.
