Then get a leather covered carrier with a good strap, makes an excellent Ester Winfield style weapon for beating heathens

Go to 0:22 and pause it, change the resolution to 1440 and 0.25x speed (the gear icon) and make it full screen.
You can also press the space bar to start stop every few frames. You can see a long straight object that clearly is not his legs or arms as he's over the edge and he moves it to the next ledge below him. It is far from the best footage, but is good enough to infer it was the rifle given what happened.

I got one of those bibles as an extra that have explanations and all for questions and it’s written in simpler language for dummies and it’s the one I’d read most often lol

King James Version or if you can find it, a copy of the Ethiopian Bible that still has the book of Enoch. Stay away from the Schofield Bible or modern interpretations. You want the most original version you can find and those are good places to start.

I try to live by KISS, 'Keep it simple son.' Learning all that is ok, but the critical part of the whole thing boils down to a couple lines.


When they asked Jesus about the greatest commandment.... "love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind," which is followed by a second, equally important commandment to "love your neighbor as yourself".

If you do that things will work pretty well. If yu dont do that, look at our world today.

We are all just jumping through our asses with speculation based on what tiny bit of video/audio is available.
That includes me because I took it personally that they slaughtered a great Christian that was making a difference on a grand scale.
So I'm as guilty as anybody about speculating on a few things and making baseless wild ass guesses.

That being said, I'm leaning toward thinking that was not an entrance wound in his neck. I'm probably wrong.
I think that is either an exit or a secondary entrance wound from bone ejecting from breast bone or clavicle area. I'm probably wrong.
I still believe the impact was very high chest just left (his left) of the base of the neck. I'm probably wrong.

I've seen projos deviate their track 90 degrees and greater from the direction of entry once inside a body. BTHP and FMJ are particularly squirrely. There is even a documented case of that from a few years ago when an LE sniper made a perfect HR shot and the bullet exited 90 degrees from the direction of entry killing the suspect AND the hostage.

I've also seen bone blown out of a limb or extremity and do massive secondary damage to unprotected soft tissue.

In the scheme of things, it doesn't matter and they may never release those details.

I just hope and pray that they find the actual suspect and do so convincingly so neither you or I have much remaining suspicion. We all need a little shot of confidence in at least part of our system.

Beyond the fact that two children are now fatherless for no reason. It’s the people shouting at the rooftops praising the assassination that really churns my stomach. Shit makes me lose hope in this place. The very fabric of our society has been eroding for the 34yrs I’ve been here and it seems to be heading in only one direction as society becomes more and more deprived of their morality.

Utah has the death penalty last i checked. It needs to be televised and used. As cruel as that sounds there has to be some form of swift repercussion for these lunatics to incentivize them to stay in their basement.

Odd how the house was “scrubbed” and no silver ware. Remeber all that. I haven’t followed up so not sure what came of it but fucking sus for sure at the time.

I got my 13 yo daughter a new KJV there last year and they did a nice silver stamping of her name in the leather as well.

Lotta great Bibles available.
Besides my couple of “normal” Bibles at home, I also have a small New Testament with Proverbs and Psalms I carry in my pack. Any camping, backpacking or hunting trip.
I also have the You Version Bible App on my phone.

Im the farthest thing from someone you would have expected any of the above from even 13 yrs ago.
BUT. I felt this need.
And life is much better. Im at peace most all of the time. Events near home and work made that tougher yesterday and today. And have it yet again.

My vote goes more toward 'Cruel and unusual' in extreme cases.

Put'em on a table and surgically remove the arms. Let themm heal up a bit then the legs. Heal. Last surgery removes the voice box. Then deafen them with a dull ice pick, super glue the mouth shut so all they can do is breathe through the mouth, and the last thing it sees before you blind them is yore asshole shitting in their face. Then hook them up to an IV and put them in the mall. Once a week of so you squirt a shot of meth, or LSD, into the IV.

All televised, of course.

I still don't see much. But I suppose it's plausible the rifle is being hidden under that towel or jacket or shirt or whatever it is. Looks like maybe he's holding it by the barrel? BTW, I know how to use YT lol. If you pause and use < or > you can advance frame by frame. ;)

It's possible the bullet hit chest and exited neck, or pushed bone out from the neck. But yeah... at this point. Don't think it matters. And it's pretty gruesome either way.

Almost 100% certain it’s not true…this thread has grown exponentially so it may take a while to find them, but there are multiple posts with counterpoints and better pics showing no body armor.

Anywho.... It would be great to interview the people celebrating his death. To ask them, so you feel it's okay to murder someone just because you disagree with them?That people should die for having opposing view points? Then if they said yes, you pull out a gun and put it to their head and say "okay then, I'm going to kill you." Then when they start to panic and cry and beg you not to, you say... "Wait, I thought this was okay? I'm confused."

Yes. I don't quite understand the hangup some are having about whether the video shows a rifle, but I suppose that's probably conditioning from some of the previous BS we've been subjected to in previous incidents. From the video of the roof jump, I am satisfied that is undoubtedly the shooter, I can see some brief wrestling and movement of a rifle, and am confident they are certainly the shooter, so they are at least chasing the right subject following that trail.

Looks a hell of a lot like a Kimber Hunter. The barrel profile and stock are a hell of a match. The one pictured below is a long action 30-06
If I'm right, these are not exactly cheap guns. 5lbs 5 oz without scope and they are more accurate than most in this weight class.
Someones daddy is missing his Kimber dear/elk rifle.

Kind of pisses me off that the Feds have the actual gun (allegedly) & claim to want the public's help yet they withhold the actual make/model/caliber. If they gave the public the full info there would be a lot of people checking their closets. Or maybe someone filed a stolen police report etc.
