I've seen projos deviate their track 90 degrees and greater from the direction of entry once inside a body. BTHP and FMJ are particularly squirrely. There is even a documented case of that from a few years ago when an LE sniper made a perfect HR shot and the bullet exited 90 degrees from the direction of entry killing the suspect AND the hostage.
I've also seen bone blown out of a limb or extremity and do massive secondary damage to unprotected soft tissue.
In the scheme of things, it doesn't matter and they may never release those details.
I just hope and pray that they find the actual suspect and do so convincingly so neither you or I have much remaining suspicion. We all need a little shot of confidence in at least part of our system.

The only Dems I deal with are unknown to me such as checkers at a store. My wife still talks to my family to keep up relations some, but I've been done with them for years.

Yes. I don't quite understand the hangup some are having about whether the video shows a rifle, but I suppose that's probably conditioning from some of the previous BS we've been subjected to in previous incidents. From the video of the roof jump, I am satisfied that is undoubtedly the shooter, I can see some brief wrestling and movement of a rifle, and am confident they are certainly the shooter, so they are at least chasing the right subject following that trail.

Kind of pisses me off that the Feds have the actual gun (allegedly) & claim to want the public's help yet they withhold the actual make/model/caliber. If they gave the public the full info there would be a lot of people checking their closets. Or maybe someone filed a stolen police report etc.

Anyone know if Old Testament bibles are still available new in print? I'm not an atheist but I don't own a bible, and I'm thinking I might pick one up- just don't want any 'woke' version.

I want something heavy, thick leather covers, large print format offers lots of pages- that way it could double as a weapon in case I need to beat a tied up foreign enemy with it.
Everyone's got opinions, here's mine. I'll give credit where it's due. An old Marine Christian pasture Named Arnold Murry hammered the below point home enough that it took root with me.
King James version + Strong's exhaustive concordance. They go together. The KJV is obviously written in English, but original text was not. Some of words don't translate exactly or fully into English. King James set out to do the best translation they could, true to the original text.
The Strong's Allows you to take any verse in the King James and only the Original King James and see what the words meant in the original language they were written in. If one is willing to put in the effort more is revealed.
TLDR version: The King James is not an interpretation, but rather a full bore effort at translation to English the original writings. The Strong's enables one to go even closer to the original source, that's what it is.
