I have searched high and low for what used to be a sticky. Can anyone tell me what happened to wnroscoe's glass bedding post. I'm about to start my first bedding job and wanted to reference that post.

I'm a big William Roscoe fan, but all his stuff is gone off this site, and his web page no longer exsist when I did s google search. I don't know why, and I'm not one to assume. If anyone knows why, I'd like to know. I have a few video on the subject if it will help you. Go to my YouTube channel and look for it there. I'm not where I can attach the direct link for you. My channel is suar08161991

Here's the 1st video by STR on the bedding job. I watched it several days ago, he is very informative and thorough!

Rifle bedding 1 - YouTube
This gentleman's eight part video was extremely helpful to me when I recently bedded a 700 action into a Manners stock. I watched the whole eight part series 3 times before I made a move. It turned out fantastic by the way, my first bedding job.

FYI, I don't have a mill, so I did all of the clean up with files, sandpaper, and a Dremel. Still turned out great. Not as pretty but just as functional.

I am very grateful for the excellent instructional vids..
