Range Report Strelok Pro app black screened....

I purchased the Strelok Pro app last week and have been comparing the app to Ballistic on an Ipad. (Ballistic wins) I really like the reticle option to help kids understand the use of a good reticle. One big problem though.. the app has black screened. The Star icon is is on the toolbar but a touch will black screen. I've tried opening the program back at the App Store with the same results. I've emailed Strelok concerning the black screen problem with no response. Anyone else having problems w/ the Strelok app?
