This discussion was going in PJohn the other day but it deserves its own thread. A video was posted about a mom who filed a surety bond claim against her superintendent and won back the power to make health decisions for her own kid in school. This was in Illinois. (first video below)

The discussion went to, can we hold elected officials responsible for not doing their duty and breaking laws intentionally? That's what I'm wondering and if so, this could be the way forward. Yesterday in Scotsdale, the school board was served so it appears that this is moving forward. (second video below)

Can we file these bond claims against officials in cities that defund police, won't hire the minimum required officers as the city charter requires, sanctuary cities, everyone responsible for not following border laws, election laws, etc. School boards, mayors, city councils, state reps, senators? This list could get long very quickly and if this is indeed a tool to hold these scum responsible for doing their duty...this could be the way forward. It appears that people are organizing -

@pmclaine , you might want to share this with the women in your area.

How it started and a success story-

How it appears to be going, a school board getting served yesterday-

When our country was founded, a person's honor was everything. Lose that and the local butcher or grocer wouldn't do business with you. At the time, that was considered sufficient to bind a public official to their oaths. We live in a completely different world today.

The Constitution and laws are full of shalls and shall nots. Those directed at us have consequences attached. Those directed at public officials rarely have consequences. Change that and a lot of our problems go away.
