Hi,

I know that customer service is important to many here. I just wanted to put in a good word for TAD.

I had one of their jackets for maybe two years and had to send it back for a zipper repair. The model that I sent in was discontinued, so they sent me an upgrade to replace it.

You can't argue with that :^)

It's great to see people still doing business like this!

PS: I guess in a perfect world the zipper wouldn't have broken in the first place, but I'm tough on my stuff and this is the next best thing.

I sent in my TAD jacket after tearing off one of the ears. I'm still waiting on their response.
