Do I understand correctly if this label is for working a MOA scope in the MIL format?

If so, why not just remark the turret in MIL? If it has a MIL reticle that should work well.
Then it is easier for the shooter to choose wether to hold or click his windage value as well?

thats what its doing, putting mil marking on a moa turret...

Sorry, got confused. Thought the turret had MOA and MIL marking. Didn't catch the part with colours/ revolutions. My mistake
