Hi guys, I'm building two rifles and I need help with the torque settings of various parts. There's all sort of recommendations out there and I'm confused... please tell me if what I have is right and the missing info:

M700 on AICS: 53 LbsIn
US Optics aluminium base on M700: ?????????
Badger steel rings on US Optics aluminium base: ?????????
Badger rings caps: 12 LbsIn

M700 on McMillan with pillars and Badger DBM M5: ??????????
Badger steel base on M700: 15 LbsIn
Badger steel rings on Badger steel base: 65 LbsIn
Badger rings caps: 12 LbsIn

Is this information right? Could you please tell me the missing torque settings?
Also, do you know the brand CDI for torque wrenches. Is it good?

Thanks alot!!

Re: Torque settings

Go 65 pounds on the action screws, the bases go to the manufacturer for those specs. I believe USO is like 35 in lbs for the badger base i would go 45 in lbs, and the scope ring caps go 15 in lbs. All of these you will be good to go
