Torque specs for Accuracy International AT 4mm top rail screws?

There are four 4mm screws that mount the top rail to the action, anyone know the AI recommended torque specs?

I cannot find any given values in the instruction manual.
 
AI NA got back to me on this.,

35 in/lbs is the spec.

They may have told you to torque to 35”# but that is not “spec”.

To the best of my knowledge, all torque specifications for Accuracy International screws are given in Newton Meters (Nm).

According to the the armorer’s manual, AI’s spec for the action rail is 3.0 Nm.

To be clear, I agree that 35”#’s is an appropriate torque value. Even AINA tells you it is.

It’s just not spec.
