OK, new meat dumb as a rock & nevah owned a mildot scope/reticle. SFP is spot-on at one magnification, as I understand, in relation to the reticle marks.
On the tables, from 10-50X, are the values of the various marks/measurements A-J of the mildot reticle.
24X is in red & I presume the spot-on magnification. Using F & G values at 24X shows 0.500 & 0.250. G is a quarter whilst H is one half.
Going to half magnification of 12X F & G are 1.000 & 0.500 or twice as much as 24X. Likewise, double of 24 X, 48X shows half of 24X values 0.250 & 0.125/ 1/4 & 1/8.
I'm not attempting to combine MOA w/Mildot it's just easy for me to note the relationship betwixt various powers halved or doubled.
If I zero the scope at 24X then the values/distance of marks on reticle would be twice that at 12 X or half at 48X?
Being .05 MRAD then 20 clicks equals one mil?
Sighted in at At 24X has F at .500 or 10 clicks, 12X 20 clicks or 48X 5 clicks on turret?
