Did not one elected official threaten to nuke Amarican citizens and not be removed from office, arrested or anything at all happen to them.
My city has 3 patroll officers on duty at most any time, lets say one says fu I'm not kicking doors for guns from reasonable citizens. That leaves 2 and they now they are out numbered and under armed. So they call sheriffs department and in some counties the sheriff will tell them to pound sand.
Now still not feeling fulfilled the 2 remaining power hungry punks call the big leftwing controlled city next to you and ask of they can spare a goon sqaudran to enforce complience since they are chicken shits.
At some point attrition effects the big city and they get the state troupers, controlled by the communist govenor that got elected.
At what level does it stop?

There are already people working on the separatist flag. There are people already working on derailing the 2A legislation, pushing for a split, and sorting out a peaceful division. We have about 3/4 of a year before they can plunge it through into law from what I understand. There's a ton of opposition to it as it's spoken of now, so I expect about a year is the soonest we could see this being imposed.
Maybe it won't pass? They been screamin' the same shit here in Illinois and we have another Democrat Billionaire Governor but it hasn't happened mostly due to the fact that half of the counties have declared themselves 2A Sanctuary Counties and all the prosecutors and Sheriffs will not enforce and the gun owners will not comply.

In Virginia, the many are about to be ruled by the few. As I have stated in other posts, the democrats are not stopping with guns. They intend to change everything resembling individual, moral, or religious rights. They are going to pass some of the most radical/liberal abortion laws anywhere in this country. Move over New York. After that, they are going to pass laws doing away with moral/religious exemptions. Doctor/nurse who has holds moral/religious objections to abortion, too bad. Business owner who does not want to engage in xyz, too bad. Its in the works. Believe me. I've worked with this bunch. Put nothing pass them and their quest for power and control. They truly believe the crap they are exposing. A large portion hate conservatives and are looking forward to payback. The explosion of federal spending and federal job growth over 20 years changed VA forever. The federal government hiring practices leads them to hiring a vast majority of people that vote democrat. Those people need to live in commuting distance to DC.
VA and MD, anywhere about 60 miles outside DC city center, are populated with vast majority Dem voters that work for the federal government.
That changed VA from Red to Blue and will continue to push it more and more blue. Northern VA is rezoning places to increase density, building taller and more apartment buildings and more metro stops to give these federal dem employees even more places to live and increase in number
Most other states do not have to worry about that federal job money drawing in specifically Dem voters by the thousands.
Those states that border CA do need to worry about the CA nutjobs relocating in mass and having the same effect.

Language states any semi-automatic firearm with fixed or detachable magazines capable of holding or being made capabale to hold in excess of 10 rounds is banned. Possession of is a class 6 felony.
The bill also specifically names certain banned features to include pistol grips, thumbhole stocks, threaded barrels, silencers etc.
States "Assault firearm" includes any part or combination of parts designed or intended to convert, modify, or otherwise alter a firearm into an assault firearm, or any combination of parts that may be readily assembled into an assault firearm.”
This sounds to me like the mere possession of a specifically named part would also be a felony.
