I have in my possession one of these little charmers. A friend took it apart before reading the manual, springs went flying, he can't find 'em, wouldn't know where they'd go if he could, and now it's in my lap. Obviously, I'm clueless.

It would be a real beauty if I could get it up and running right. Parts diagrams are not easy to find. I started to view a youtube, but got sidetracked. I'm thinking at least one of these missing spring replacements might/could be made from a bobby pin.

Haaaalp!

Can't really give help but I feel your pain. I tried to field strip my Colt Woodsman Match Target a few years ago. Same description - springs went flying. Ended up taking it to a gunsmith for reassembly. You are more experienced than I so I am sure you will come out fine. Good Luck.

Unless it is a typo he wants the walther G-22 which is a rifle. </div></div>

My bad, that's what happens after working a 12hr night shift. Sorry, I flunked reading comprehension.
