I've seen something similar on the reservations in Minnesota. .gov builds a bunch of modular homes, moves them to the res, and a lot of them end up missing all the copper.

Pretty sad, really.

Here, only the reservations are allowed to operate casinos which are bringing in huge amounts of money.

Most of that money is squandered away and only a few natives have anything to show for it.
