Re: who has a AAC 762SD on a bolt gun?
If I remember correctly AAC is now making a brake style adapted for the 762SD , thats what I'd use if it were me , get the ebnnifit of the brake whithout the can and the brake an only aid in the performance on the suppressor.
I got to shoot one a few days back on several rifles and it works very well , the POI change was pretty big on the tested gun (24" heavy barreled 308) about 6" to the 4 O'clock direction at 100yds but it was very consistant change.
We shot it on an AR-15 , havy barreled 243Ai , 6.8SPC and 308 and it worked great on all of them , the claimed "ringing" from the flash hider was noticable on all the rifles.
If you are going to use it on a bolt gun pretty consistantly then I'd get the Cyclone , a little cheaper and more effective
