Summary on America’s Changing Immigration Laws

Allowing anyone into America regardless of national origin has allowed the communists that fled WWII Germany to achieve power through ‘democracy’. For hundreds of years America restricted who was allowed to become a citizen based on race and national origin. This began with the Naturalization Act of 1790.

Immigration law in this country wasn’t touched for another 204 years, until the 1924 Johnson Act was passed. This law barred immigration from certain countries and set quotas on immigrants from elsewhere. Specifically, this law limited immigrations for persons of any nationality to three percent of that nationality present in the United States in 1910, percent, with an annual admission limit of 356,000 immigrants.

Everything was going great in America until a radical political activist from the House of Representatives began chipping away at America’s longstanding immigration policies.

Emmanuel Celler, the son of Jewish immigrants from Germany, was elected to the US House of Representatives in 1923, one year before the Johnson Act was passed. Can you guess what his first acts as politician were? He was vehemently opposed to the Johnson Act as it limited how many members of his tribe could infiltrate America. He spent the rest of the decade giving speeches and writing letters in favor of abolishing the Johnson Act.

Emmanuel Celler’s political activism continued for decades, and he was finally successful in changing the face of America and its demographics forever when he sponsored the Hart-Celler Act signed into law by Lyndon B. Johnson.

This single piece of legislation has been the most detrimental signed into law in America’s history. This law reversed almost half a century of immigration law, eliminated the National Origins Quota, and opened America to the third-world. For example, within 20 years of its passing, a quarter of El Salvador’s entire country had moved into the United States.

We were forced to partake in the world’s largest multi-cultural experiment, and look where it’s gotten us. Interracial crime has skyrocketed, race relations remain at an all time low, and the people being let into this country don’t even hide how much they hate you, your family, and your culture. Our major cities, once the pinnacle of human achievement, are reduced to rubble and crime. Jobs are sent overseas and entire neighborhoods are put out of work in the name of global capitalism.

The fact is, different groups of people just can’t coexist peacefully with each other, it goes against nature.

The communists won and run both political parties in the United States. There are only two ways forward, peacefully or violently. I’ve laid out the blueprint to fix the damage peacefully, specifically by reversing the 1965 Hart Celler amendment, repatriating its beneficiaries and their dependents, then reinstating the National Origins Quotas of the Johnson Act.

Emphasis must be placed on restricting immigration of ethnic groups to their number present at a prior time in American history, and specifically restricting ethnic groups from achieving political power to a fixed number representative of their population in America.

I believe the violent option is more likely, as I am not someone that believes America’s communist rulers will allow us to simply vote ourselves out of this situation. The book America Balkanized by Brent Nelson is an excellent writeup on how America is headed to a Union breakup because of all the hostile people and cultures being let into it.

https://cosmotheistchurch.org/product/a ... -hardback/

Separate from a secession, peaceful or otherwise, it seems that if America doesn’t split into two or more smaller countries, its communist leaders will continue to buy defense stocks and drag it into foreign wars until the nuclear option is reached. At that point, we’ll have to pick up the scraps and start over.

MK12 Build Questions

Hey guys,

I’m wanting to start an MK12 clone build. Looking for direction on how to make the most accurate rifle I can.

Looking for recommendations on barrel mfg.

Looking for direction on what action, bcg, hold tighter tolerances and accuracy.

Any specifics on gas operating system.

Any other recommendations on tips for accuracy during the build. Kinda a newbie here.

Appreciate it!

Who are the “go to’s” to have barrel blanks machined to IMPACT action prefits?

Who are the current smith(s) or shop(s) that are the “go to’s” to get a couple of barrel blanks I have on hand to get machined and chambered into prefits for an Impact precision action?

I’ve been out of the PRS game for a few years and am easing back into it. I’m not in a super rush for turnaround, rather I want top shelf quality, so I am fine with waiting a few months kinda thing.

Thanks

Rep. Jamaal Bowman Charged for Fire Alarm Stunt, Faces Six Months in Jail.

Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) has been criminally charged with a misdemeanor for pulling a fire alarm in the Cannon House Office Building, allegedly to prevent a vote on the House floor.
The charge carries a maximum sentence of six months in jail. NBC News’s Frank Thorp first reported the story.
BREAKING: Rep Jamaal Bowman has been criminally charged with one misdemeanor count of falsely pulling a fire alarm for the September 30th incident in the Cannon Office Building, according to court documents, @dnlbrns & I report.
— Frank Thorp V (@frankthorp) October 25, 2023
“We finished our investigation,” reads a statement from the U.S. Capitol Police (USCP). “Our agents gathered all the evidence, packaged it up, and sent the entire case with charges to prosecutors for their consideration.”
USCP presented a probable cause arrest warrant for 22DC1319A – False Fire Alarm – to the D.C. Attorney General, who is charging Bowman.
Bowman has been ordered to appear in D.C. Superior Court Thursday morning at 9:30 a.m, EDT for his arraignment.
The former middle school principal insisted that he pulled the fire alarm in order to open the door to make a government funding vote.
Breitbart News first broke exclusively that Bowman threw emergency warning signs to the floor before pulling the alarm and running down a set of stairs before exiting the building from another floor, contradicting his claims.
Republicans have drafted a resolution to expel Bowman from Congress.
***UPDATE***
Bowman reached an agreement with the Attorney General to pay a $1000 fine and issue a formal apology in exchange for having his charge dropped after three months, according to Axios.
Bowman spox says the AG agreed to withdraw the charge in three months if he formally apologizes and pays a $1,000 fine.
"I am responsible for activating a fire alarm, I will be paying the fine issued, and look forward to these charges being ultimately dropped." https://t.co/oftSAWp38b
— Andrew Solender (@AndrewSolender) October 25, 2023
The congressman will avoid serving any jail time if adhering to the agreement.
“I am responsible for activating a fire alarm, I will be paying the fine issued, and look forward to these charges being ultimately dropped,” a Bowman statement read.
Bowman is still subject to additional actions from Congress, including censure and even expulsion.

LYING SON OF A BITCH! THROW HIS WORTHLESS FAT ASS IN JAIL!

Are we not talking about this yet?
Yes, I'm aware of the 22 Grendel wildcat that's been around forever and is probably the ballistic twin of this. I almost bought a 22G but the stories of having to neck turn scared me off, plus lack of barrel maker options. A factory brass equivalent of it has me interested again.

Need computer advice

Ive got a 10 year or so old HP tower. For the last 6 months its been getting slower and slower, often will just lock up for mintes at a time. Ive cleared cookies and cache.

Doesnt seem to be the internet itself as my laptop woks ok, and from past experience it doesnt seem like a virus.

-Is it likely just full of information and slowly reaching its capacity?
-Just an old model that like its owner is wearing out?

Suggestions. They gotta be simple as Im not very sophisticated with computers.

Got a nice package from Bartlein Barrels today...

22" heavy M14 barrel, 5R 1:11" twist. Frank did a limited run and I picked one up. It's unclear if they will ever do another run. They only made some because the guys that work there needed barrels for their M1A's.

Unfortunately, this will have to wait a while. I need a rear-lugged LRB M25 receiver and a McMillan M3A before I finish this one.

Thanks Frank!

Where's the ammo shortage ?

Where I live ammo is on the shelfs everywhere that I can tell. Cabellas, buds, sportsman's, rural king and even Walmart. All over YouTube land it's oma gawd, no ammo anywhere. It's almost like the Canadian prepper fear monger bullshit. Either way if people ain't got what they need by now they probably ain't ever going to.

I Need prefit barrel education 6.5cm

So I have a custom action here and I need to put on a prefit barrel. I've been out of the game with all these new products. I've been shooting a Gap M40a3 .308 for like 14+ years. But I've been out of shooting for a few years. I need help.

1. Barrel contour. I'm building a gun for tactical comps style with alot of humping around more then PRS style shoots. I'm shooting with a surefire suppressor. So I need a barrel contour that will be rigid but not incredibly heavy.

I'm used to the 24" m24 barrel but it's still a beast going up a mountain.

Whats the advantage of mid Palma, vs heavy Palma, marksman, heavy varmint. On paper they are all within a 1/2-1lbs of each other depending on length. Does contour effect stiffness, barrel harmonics..etc....??

2. What barrel length maximizes the 6.5 creedmoor? I'm ok going to a 26" but with a can it's a large package....and I don't know how much one looses going down to a 24" in terms of velocity. Proof makes some nice steel barrels but ,-+7lbs is heavy with their comp. Contour ...I figure if I have to shoot PRS I could add weights ...

3. 6.5 creedmoor chambers....most smiths offer saami spec chambers but I've seen a few called match chambers. I'm reloading 140 and 147gr. Pills so I'm not sure of advantage of one vs another chamber.

Sorry for the long winded questions.

Help with hunting load

So I’m trying to work up an elk load for my 308 with 165gr partition and Varget. Did my initial testing today and it looks like I found a nice wide accuracy node from 43.5 to 44.1 with.3gr increments. All 3 loads printed sub MOA groups with POI shifting less than 1” left to right. 44.0 grain would give me around 2690fps. I was hoping for more like 2750ish but everything in that range was somewhat erratic. 45gr printed a ragged hole but the load below and above printed 1.5moa groups. Do I take stable and accurate load and sacrifice 50-60fps or should I play with the seating depth and try to get better velocity?

Off-Duty Pilot Facing 83 Attempted Murder Charges For Trying to Shut Off Plane Engines Mid-Flight Took Psychedelic Mushrooms

npayq4qfiz0.jpg

Joseph David Emerson

Joseph David Emerson, the off-duty pilot who tried to shut off the plane’s engines midflight took psychedelic mushrooms, court documents say.

As previously reported, an Alaska Airlines flight was diverted to Portland Sunday night over a “credible security threat” related to an authorized person in the cockpit.

The airline said the authorized occupant was sitting in the flight deck jump seat.

“On Oct. 22, Alaska Airlines Flight 2059 operated by Horizon Air from Everett, WA (PAE) to San Francisco, CA (SFO) reported a credible security threat related to an authorized occupant in the flight deck jump seat,′ Alaska Airlines said. “The crew secured the aircraft without incident.”

It turns out the man who posed the security threat was an off-duty pilot.

The two pilots in the cockpit immediately jumped into action, neutralized the threat and removed the man from the cockpit.

Emerson, 44, was arrested and charged with attempted murder after he tried to shut off the airplane’s engines mid-flight.

Emerson was charged with 83 counts of attempted murder, 83 counts of reckless endangerment (state charges), and one count of endangering an aircraft (federal charge), NBC News reported.

“The jump seat occupant unsuccessfully attempted to disrupt the operation of the engines,” Alaska Airlines said. “The Horizon Captain and First Officer quickly responded, engine power was not lost and the crew secured the aircraft without incident.”

According to court documents, Emerson told officers he took psychedelic mushrooms and hadn’t slept for 40 hours.

Excerpt from KATU:

The off-duty pilot facing 83 attempted murder charges after he allegedly tried to shut off the engines of a plane mid-flight on Sunday night admitted to taking psychedelic mushrooms, new arrest documents claim.
In the official criminal complaint, Emerson is stated to have been sitting in the cockpit’s jumpseat when, after chatting with pilots for several minutes, suddenly said “I’m not okay,” before pulling the handles of the fire suppression system, which are used to stop engine fires and shut off fuel to the engines.
One of the pilots grabbed Emerson while the other declared an inflight emergency. He initially resisted, but records say he settled down after a roughly 30-second struggle.
The court documents state Emerson wasn’t able to fully pull down the handles and fully shut off the engines. If he had, “then it would have shut down the hydraulics and the fuel to the engines, turning the aircraft into a glider within seconds.”
Witnesses said Emerson peacefully walked to the back of the plane, and once seated in the back he reportedly told a flight attendant “you need to cuff me right now or it’s going to be bad.” They put his wrists in a pair of flex cuffs.
During a police interview, Emerson said he was having “a nervous breakdown,” and hadn’t slept for 40 hours, and felt dehydrated and tired. He admitted to pulling the handles and said he did it because “I thought I was dreaming and I just wanna wake up.”

An off-duty pilot has been charged with 83 counts of attempted murder after allegedly trying to shut off the engines mid-flight while sitting in the cockpit jump seat during an Alaska Airlines flight to San Francisco.
