So I've done a search and can't find anything relevant so I figured I'd just ask. I want to make a couple dozen dummy rounds for centerfire rifle using spent brass and new bullets. However, I'd like to color the dummy rounds so that they are easily identifiable . I'm wondering what a good method would be to blacken/dye the case and or bullet so that they stand out. I know there are some smart folks here that have been there-done that.

SAKO TRG 42 in 338 Lapua, Phosphate coated and Desert Tan. Has 3 ring SAKO mount and NightForce 5.5-22 MOAR with zero Stop. Rifle has Sako brake, Sako Bipod and 1 - 5 round Mag.

Hard case (similar to Pelican) . Rifle has less than 100 rounds down it and absolutely no scuffs or scratches anywhere. Previously had Vortex scope on rifle and have not done anything but bore sight with Nightforce scope.

I am decided between the MRAD and SRS A2..

I am looking to try my hand at a few NRL Hunter matches next year and from the research I have done it appears that having a LRF Bino is the way to go in order to save time spotting/ranging on each stage. Looking into all of the LRF Binos currently on the market it also appears that there's a lot left to be desired in this market as well. You can have alpha glass but crap ballistic software or no way to connect to a Kestrel or possibly even no AB software at all. Then there's those with mediocre glass but a busy screen or multiple function buttons needing to be hit in order to get all of your info, or some crazy colored glass that hurts your visibility in certain scenarios, etc. It appears that there's no clear winner at the moment in this segment as they all have some sort of compromise.

So, for those of you who compete in NRL Hunter, what are you using and why? Are you happy with your choice or are you looking to move to something else and for what reasons? I am simply looking to buy something specifically for this event as I am still a big fan of having quality binos and a separate LRF monocular for the actual hunting that I do. Help me buy once and move on to other decisions like which bipod I should be using for this as well haha.

I'm doing my own research, but...

In your opinion, what are the best values in "Non-Chinese" handheld flashlights for under $100? "Non-Chinese" simply means the light isn't "made in China", nor is it a product of a Chinese company that may simply be made outside of China.

This particular usage will be general: dog walking, power outages, looking for things in closets/garages/cars, etc.

I'd prefer non-rechargeable batteries. I want a clicky button- no twisting. Crenelated strike bezels/bases are a plus.

I'm open to Maglite, Streamlight, Surefire, Malkoff, Elzetta, Modlite, HDS, Oveready, and all the other quality, "non-chinese" lights.

So I have been doing the off body carry thing for a while for many reasons (kids, work, I'm fat now..) with the evolution of the smaller yet still plenty capable guns. (Helcat, 365, g46 etc) in the last few years I've been carrying on my personal more when I can.

Years ago I bought a boxer tactical belt ( now a not so much tactical conpany) I lobe the belt still but alas I am now a fat shit, trying ti work on it, I need a belt. What's awesome? No appendix carry so cobra buckles are out. They stab me in my under carriage.
