What is the Hollywood obsession with the end of earth and this bullshit idea that our planet is dying. An even more ridiculous notion is that we have destroyed it. It is completely laughable. How have so many people bought into this bullshit?

I own a large equipment rental business. The safest way to pay would be via CC. I have authorization forms I can email over, to protect you and I. Cc adds 2.5%.
I can also do PP as friends or family, and Venmo. Whichever is easiest, and best for you.
As soon as the fake news media jumps on the bandwagon of how something online is a fake news and a baseless conspiracy... I think I need to paint my roof blue!
Oh by the way Mr shitty pants all Corp tax money is derived from their sold products to consumers!!! So who is really paying that tax increase your after, to cover the 1 trillion you're putting us into debt every 100 days.
Do they help with mirage and do they hold up? I saw past threads about Burn Proof Gear and Liberty Defense. When the can gets hot and you are shooting at range with higher magnification, the mirage kind of sucks. Is a cover the best option or is there another way to deal with it?

The North Face is offering customers a 20% discount if they complete a digital course on racial inclusion and allyship.

So, do black people also get a discount for learning that white people are bad? Or only white people. And does that mean that admitting to white privilege allows more privilege with the discount?
Anyone here shoot silhouette matches? Joining a new range club and went to the monthly match last weekend. Is 3 stages. Rim fire lever action, center fire lever then center fire pistol. Though each are awarded winners separately. Had lot of fun and am looking get my son into shooting matches. He’s 8 so wanting to start on rimfire due to lighter and less recoil and age restrictions.
Has anyone else got there kids started in matches this way? Should I look into other types of matches? Any good silhouette forums to learn more about the discipline?
Thanks
Nate
I just got the tracking number for my PPR in 6GT. I am surprised no one else has gotten one or said anything. For the price you can't beat it. This time I went 6GT as I have the PPR from 2023 in 6 Creed. Now I have twins.
NOT talking regular, old 855 “Green Tip” (obviously) but the new A1 EPR. Stuff is gnarly but I don’t have any hogs up here that aren’t our own on our farm (they come right up to me, so shooting them isn’t much fun).
I’m thinking the penetration and fragmentation of A1 would be perfect, but haven’t seen anyone use it.
alright guys. i have a black powder flask that came to me and it has a powder in it that looks a lot like corn cob media-a very course grain. and kind of a golden color to it. i have absolutely NO idea what it is....other than some type of substitute powder.
i did pour some out on the ground and touched a flame to it to make sure it was indeed a powder. any ideas?
I slapped together my first centerfire BA a few months ago with the goal to handload rounds, put down sub MOA and bang steel over and over and over and over at 850 yards. Thats done. Goal achieved.
I want to build another but chambered in .223 for the same reason but at most 500 yards. This is to satisfy and keep it cost effective compared to the 6.5.
Budget is $1500 (without optics, trigger, chassis).
.223 because I already have the components but im sure i'll be buying match grade dies and other specific for accurate consistent loads.
Right now im eyeballing a Mack Bros Evo II SA Single Shot + Preferred Prefit
My understanding is the Mack Bros is an R700 clone so chassis selection should match, right?
At the same time I had really good luck with the Howa 1500 SA. I really have no complaints about it.
So im also looking at another Brownells Barreled Howa 1500 Mini action. This is obviously the cheaper route and will leave some funds for whatever else...
These trannies never have their junk cut off. So basketballs, baseballs, grabs, kicks, feet, bats, whatever to the nuts every chance you get…
And these mental-ill freaks tenth-string athletes will decide to go back to competing against guys.
Send them to the hospital with crushed testes… it’s like a win-win. They quit or you wimminz damage their junk so bad it eventually has to be cut off after severe traction damage.
No matter what you buy or how much of a discount you get, you will always find it cheaper in a couple of days.
Works every time. Friday, ordered powder. the prices were going up, and this was the old price at a well known online store. Happy with the purchase. Monday, same powder, same price, now Free Shipping. Next store, powder is $1.00 higher (for an 8 pound keg) and on Monday, No HAZMAT.
I got my first can in,30 cal rugged razor. Bought it for an AR but wanted to make a quiet gun to mess around at the range, so I impulsively bought a Mossberg predator for dirt cheap. After about 15-20 rounds the groups are at least 3 maybe 4 moa, rounds start going everywhere. I was using Winchester power point 150gr at 100 yards. I'm assuming it's the cheaper barrel not being able to take the heat. My question is are there good aftermarket barrels that I could try to find or should I just go get a good rifle with a heavy barrel?
This is assuming I'm not making grilled cheese at night and I don't have any other issues with the rifle/can. Have only shot the rifle with the can on, optic is a brand new vortex venom(this was for range fun so don't judge me)
After weeks of scouring threads, researching all of the scopes I'm about to list, I've learned that they are all good scopes, but the best thing to do is look through them and let my eyes decide. Herein lies the problem...
Living in Canada means that finding these scopes in stock locally is very difficult, let alone in the same store to compare side by side. It also means that their price gap is wider here than in the states. There's a difference of $1400 between the cheapest and most expensive on my list, so of course theres a debate over whether the more expensive options are worth it. But I also know ill be left wondering if I cheaped out unnecessarily. So I'm looking for the collective experience of the hide to help at least make my list a little smaller if possible.
Burris XTR III 5.5-30x56 - $2100 CDN
Bushnell XRS3 - $2350 CDN
Zeiss LRP S3 4-25x50 - $3100 CDN
Zeiss LRP S3 6-36x56 - $3500 CDN (is the only difference between the 2 the magnification range and objective size?)
Burris XTR Pro - $3450 CDN
Steiner T6Xi 5-30x56 - $3400 CDN
For reference, this scope will be going on a PRS rifle. Thanks in advance
