Scope and rings not included, but I can sell to buyer for additional fee (Vortex Viper PST Gen 2 1-6x MOA). I have a pile of ammo available for sale to buyer too. Minor surface scratches and discoloration from use. Fun to shoot.

I've been reloading years and years, and taking a break from it. Last time I actually purchased ammo had to be about a decade ago, and it was MK262.

Anything else I should be looking at besides MK262? This is an AR platform, 16" Proof barrel.

Selling my slightly used Marlin 1895 Trapper 45-70. I installed the XS rail system. I prefer this model over the 1895 SBL as the barrel is shorter and easier to carry. Selling my once used Lone Peak Fuzion TI action w/ Proof Research 16.5" .308 by Straightjacket Armory, seated in a MDT HNT26 chassis (non ARCA). I planned for this to be my primary hunting rifle but I don't think I like pistol grips on my hunting rifles. Thought about getting a Manners stock but have a Tac Ops Delta 51 inbound and might see if I can use it for hunting. I only shot it to zero but never took it hunting. Scope and mount not included although I may give buyer the opportunity to purchase (March 1.5-15x DFP w/ shiruken turrets). I added some textured grip tape to the forend that I can remove if requested. Bolt knob has a small ding from the safe. This is a very lightweight and handy setup. I have $4300 into it (without scope and mount). Does not include the YHM qd muzzlebrake since I need that for my suppressor. Will ship with the Proof included thread protector. This is a sub 7 lb setup without scope.

These barrels are from the new company making cut rifled barrels in Oklahoma. The company is Custom Rifle Barrels or "CRB". These are made on the same equipment and with the same methods as Hawk Hill barrels used to be.

These are all chambered by myself (Austin Buschman). I bought quite a few of these to chamber and get out to the public. These are my last 3 besides what I'm keeping for myself.

I just purchased an AXSR in Elite Sand. It looks like they may be discontinuing the color. In the past, has it been difficult to source barrels, bolts, etc for discontinued colors? If so, I guess there is always black.

I have an NXS 1-8 and thought about putting it on that scope, but I felt like the 4-16 needed it much more and offered the most advantage. This gun has been great and I hope this takes it to the next level. I have looked through it and it seems near perfect, but I will shoot it hard this weekend and give range report.

Harvard University Chief Diversity Officer Sherri Ann Charleston has been accused of plagiarism in a new complaint, which alleges that Charleston claimed credit for her husband’s work.
Harvard has received a complaint claiming that its chief diversity and inclusion officer has plagiarized some of her academic works, lifting large portions of text from without including quotation marks, and even taking credit for a study conducted by her own husband, according to a report by the Washington Free Beacon.
The complaint reportedly cites 40 separate instances of plagiarism that span the entirety of Charleston’s publication record.
In her 2009 dissertation for the University of Michigan, for example, Charleston is accused of quoting or paraphrasing nearly a dozen scholars without proper attribution.
The complaint claims, “Parts of Charleston’s dissertation were published previously, word for word, by her advisor, Rebecca Scott, and others,” adding, “Charleston will lift whole sentences and paragraphs from other scholars’ work without quotation marks, then add a correct reference somewhere in the footnote ending the long paragraph.”
Interestingly, one of the allegations involves Charleston’s sole peer-reviewed article from 2014 — co-authored by her husband, LaVar Charleston — who is the deputy vice chancellor for DEI at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
The study, also co-authored by Jerlando Jackson, is accused of having the same methods, findings, and even interview subjects as a 2012 study written solely by Lavar Charleston.
“The 2014 paper appears to be entirely counterfeit,” Peter Wood, head of the National Association of Scholars and a former associate provost at Boston University, said. “This is research fraud pure and simple.”
Notably, the allegations against Charleston come after Harvard’s recently ousted president, Claudine Gay, resigned following her own plagiarism scandals — which came to light after her failure to address antisemitism on campus in the wake of the October 7 Hamas attack against Israel, as well as her disastrous testimony on antisemitism during a December congressional hearing.
These are not the only academic issues to have been exposed recently at the Ivy League university.
As Breitbart News reported last week, top cancer researchers at Harvard have been accused of scientific fraud affecting 37 studies. The researchers are also accused of manipulating data images with simple methods such as copy-and-paste and Adobe Photoshop.
