What is your favorite folding knife?

I also own a bunch of other folders and multi tools that are cheap to pricey as well from Leatherman, Benchmade, Zero Tolerance and manufacturers I don’t remember that are stashed in my cars that I don’t care if they get lost or stolen. Some of them are better suited at various tasks to my CRK zaan, just like some of my nice fixed blades are better suited than folders. Unfortunately the law can restrict what you can carry in certain areas. I carry a nicer folder because I like them and I want to, just like some people own a dozen Rolex’s or collect comic books or baseball cards. Some men have different interests, you know how many people outside of the hide freak out about a $10k rifle and a $4k optic? Does anyone need a $40k Rolex? I rather have a smart watch.

Optics Smokin' Zeiss Deals through 7/31. Free rings, custom turret, caps, level, lever with all scopes :)

Well hello everyone, finally got my account working again after the backend switch.

You need some nice glass? Well I've got it, as well as a nice little collab with Zeiss.

MKM Zeiss Optics

Now through the end of the month, any Zeiss purchase on my site (linked above) will receive the following at no charge:

- Set of Ultra-Light Zeiss Rings ($200 std price)
- Kenton Custom Turret ($130 std price)
- Zeiss Scope Cap Set, XLP Level, and Pro Series Lever ($195 std price)

We have a bunch of the "precision" oriented scopes in stock, S3 & S5. Other optics have fairly spotty inventory on the shelf, but are just a few days away from getting delivered. There's a ton of reticle options and I don't stock them all.

Why this deal you may ask? To be frank, I want to have more success in the high-end hunting optic market. We just moved to a significantly larger, significantly nicer retail shop (separate from manufacturing) where I want to be known for nice optics in Mid-Missouri, where you can get hands on to make a decision.

Zeiss was kind enough to assist on this, and I think it's a pretty dang good deal :)

Feel free to PM me with any questions, but emailing [email protected] will get you a more rapid response!

I'm a late starter.

Do you still have some XRP left, parents too, if so congrats?!

If only!!!! Haha

I sat on them for a few years, made a little, and never looked back. My parents just thought it was silly.

Same with the early days of bitcoin in 2011/2012. I was mining them in pools with a couple of PCs I had built.

After a few months, with me being young and poor finishing school, I realized it wasn’t even going to pay for electricity and shut it all down.

Those are long gone too!

I’m sure everyone has a few stories like that.

Pussy! A real man would have cut a hole in the drywall big enough for a hammer drill and anchored that wall properly! 😁

ETA... I actually would have and then just patched the rock.
That would be the right way to do it, but by the time I got to that I was so disgusted I just wanted it over with. I've bought and sold 8 homes and that is the only one I lost money on.

To anyone who ends up at Ft. Sill, dont buy, just rent until you can get out of Lawton, LOL. Just kidding its not that bad of town but doesnt have much to offer the youth.

We are gonna need a bigger ratchet
The only thing I've ever seen that used a socket that big was an impact we carried around with a drot. Which is a small crane for those that don't know.
Boy ain't that the truth. A little over a year ago I got the call to inform me that a close friend of mine had passed. He was 83. He was still a pretty capable guy in his old age. He got off balance when he got up out of his easy chair, fell and hit his head on the couch and he was gone.

I met him in my late teens and knew him a little more than twenty years. I was closer to him than some of my own family.

He did some gunsmithing on the side after he retired, which is how I met him. After he passed, I purchased his lathe and tooling from his widow. I've built a few rifles of my own on that machine now and it brings back good memories when I'm out in the shop making chips on that old machine.

Got another call a couple weeks ago at an odd hour in the evening from a number I didn't recognize. My heart sank when I heard the voice on the other end when I answered. It was my hunting buddy's wife calling to inform me that my friend had suffered a mild stroke. He's my dad's age, mid sixties. He's doing good now though. We're taking a trip to the lease next weekend.

SOLD SOLD

Well I didn’t draw a tag and 7mm prc is kind of too expensive to plink with so I’m selling this. It’s such an incredible rifle too…. The action I think is as smooth as impact precision and defiance antiX actions (I own both) but the Seekins wins by far with Bolt lift and close it’s sooo light in comparison it’s really incredible. Weighs 6 lb 12 oz

Seekins M3 Element in 7mm prc rifle 22” carbon fiber barre. It’s in like new condition I don’t see a single mark on it.

Total round count exactly 48 which included
-8 rounds shot of Hornady 180eld-m sub 1/2 moa see pic
-8 rounds shot of Hornady 175 eld-x sub 1/2 moa (see pic)
-very quick load workup (only will share with the buyer) 175 Berger elites a quick safety ladder of 7 shots (5 of which grouped into .212 MOA!)
-then a load development 3 shots x 5 different powder charges. Best group .4moa not including the ladder group above which is crazy it was .212 MOA

I will do my best to find a shipping box for the Seekins case but it’s been hard, if I can’t this won’t ship in the Seekins padded case it will ship in another hard case. If this is a deal breaker let me know. But these rifles are very hard to find in 7mm prc and in this color they are out of stock everywhere ….and I suspect it won’t last long. The first I’ll take it wins. This is an already proven accurate rifle…. With already load data to go hunt.
