Glad you are on the mend… bikes and rain just don’t mix. Not just the bad roads but drivers can’t see you and won’t look for you.

Cut my cross country trip short a week ago after 2600 miles, all but 200 or so in rain. No amount of rain gear keeps out that much water and it was just getting unsafe. Not to mention a couple of rounds of hypothermia.

I’ll finish the trip in the fall…. Bike safely stashed in Colorado.

Get better and keep riding!!!
