How do you note your rifles current zero setting when storing a rifle?

How do you note the current zero yardage of your rifle when storing it between range days?
For instance:
If I take my 6.5 hottness and confirm zero @100yds then go to 600 and 100yds banging steel, when the day is should I pull out all the wind and elevation and leave it at 100yds Zero?
Or do you leave it at the 600yd zero or 1000yd zero? (which is my preference but does not account for changing wind)
I normally leave mine zeroed @ 600 elevation and whatever wind hold I had remaining.
But I was thinking that this "stored setting" is also related to the amount of wind on that day shooting 600, and the temperature of that day at 600 and so on...
So technically it would be more accurate to at the end of the day go back to 100yds with Zero elevation and wind (basically take out the environmental conditions that existed at range last time)
When leaving it at 600, on my next range visit I just do a hold under value to confirm yardage at 100 plate (disregard wind), then start shooting at the 600 berm.

So do ya'll just go back to zero each time? or note what yardage(and possibly wind, temp etc..) it is left zeroed for?
What in the fuck are you talking about?

Rifle Scopes Zeiss S5 vs the Zero Comp optics quality

The MSR2 addressed any issues I had with the original MSR. The MSR-K gave the MSR a floating center which was the biggest complaint and the MSR2 added the 1 mil holds which was very nice.

Even the original MSR is very useable, but is tough to shoot very small targets as the center can completely cover a small aiming point.

Yeah, the OG MSR reticle is thicc.

I have a Steiner M5 with an MSR reticle on my TacOps, and the reticle is annoying thick.

Trump is back…the “Now What” thread

The counter argument will be that Trump has now inadvertently done the very thing the WEF wants - population reduction. Not through war or famine but through drug unaffordablility to most of the world.

I also expect lawsuits, the UN complaints and even higher drug company PAC donations and lobbyists to arrive immediately.

Died Suddenly Documentary World Is Live On Rumble

surreal indeed. frankly i am still in shock about the whole covid event and everything that came and will keep coming from it. i am sure some sort of repeat has been planned. remains to be seen if it will happen with the SOMEWHAT less involvement of the entire gov. many people may be likely to understand what this was and the next try might get push back. perhaps not though.
this kind of thing is what caused 1776 but at a much more minor level back then. the sheeple are better trained now. some may understand that resistance is the only way to survive with any semblance of freedom.

Worth a watch

It has been VERY reliable. 300' well, water at 240'. I have the pump at 290' and turned to 10% capacity through a 5 stage filter set into a 1000 gal tank and one of their transfer pump systems to pump it to the house. Outside water is not filtered again but the rest is, 5 more stages. RO to the refrigerator for water we actually drink and ice.

100% solar off-grid with batteries (of course, I'm not as stupid as Spain). Good for 3 days of no sun. I do have a propane generator. Less than 4 hours to go from 10% battery to 100% and then back for 3 more days. Tank lasts a LONG time. I am estimating 3 years.

Ponds, grass, garden, not urban at all.

Ammo. Launchers.

2-3 years of calories stored, depending on how soon we decide to ration or share.

Yet...no fortress.

We would not survive a small organized squad in the middle of the night. I only hope one or two would never be able to attempt again and the others might give pause. 3 man team and we are just not here anymore.

Even so, I get a sense of satisfaction and security when I see 100% battery and the MPPT charger in float providing JUST enough juice thru to run whatever is on. Notice the Inverters and other electronics involved eat some juice.
Damn.... I've got the ol' Hank special essentially. A shotgun, rifle and 4 wheel drive.

Rifle Competition Events Geisselle match at Coleman’s Creek

Pistols had to go into a bucket, mag out, empty chamber. Another few seconds that ate into your rifle time, and put a touch more stress on you. All of the movement was very much like a prs match. Start 8ish feet behind the barricade, all equipment in hand, at the buzzer step up, set the rifle down, take 3 steps to the pistol bucket and engage targets, dump your pistol and then get to work with your rifle. Only one stage had a lot of movement. Shoot the foxes, and run 30ish yards into the woods and engage five pistol plates. That last fox was giving me fits, and I knew I need to get moving, when the buzzer went off and she yelled “TIME!”. I was like WTF just happened. I blinked my eyes and 90 seconds was gone!
