I have the Griffin Bushwhacker Gen 2 and am happy with it. I run it on my .338LM, 9MM PCC, and a 450 Bushmaster I just bought. A dedicated 9mm may be quieter for the PCC but I do like the versatility of the can. I use AREA 419 suppressor adapters on each rifle.

It's not even the processed food though. It's the bread, it's the vegetables, it's the dairy.

I ate croissants with chocolate spread almost every day for breakfast and often lunch for a month straight there and I lost 10 pounds.

One thing I have found is it's not only what you eat in terms of carbs, etc, but the quality of the food. When I go to Europe I literally eat whatever I want and I lose weight like a Jew in Germany 1944. It's insane. It's because their food is clean.

A guy I worked with in Germany had one of the V10 M5s. Got to do a few laps on the Nurburgring in it, as well as the high speed autobahn runs of course. I could beat him on lap times in my Cayman R, but he’d smoke me in any type of drag race…damn that thing was fast!

Loved the sound too! We’ve lost some magic in the modern era of car and drivetrain design…
