This is a developing story, but states that fire was started intentionally and firefighters and law enforcement were shot while arriving on fire.

Every time I take the shell plate off and flip it over, I'm amazed at how much gunk builds up in those recesses.

Seems like the same gunk would be building up in the nooks and crannies of 'regular' shell holders on single stage presses, but it never seems to rear it's ugly head on those

Shouldn’t really be a guess. Practice breaking down the area between the marks. Yes having the marks there make it easier but it’s not hard with .5 marks to break it down to .1s.
