I am getting back into loading for the dasher after 10 years out of the dasher game.

Anyone have some pointers on where they are sourcing 105 hybrids from for cheapest today?

Same for where you are getting Lapua / Alpha brass, and CCI 450 primers cheapest these days?

I am also looking to upgrade my scale and my powder throwing. Was using an RCBS charge master for years and years. Aside from the AutoTrickler + A&D FX-120i combo, anything folks recommend as a definitive step up?

For something that is currently available you might want to take a look at the March 1.5-15x42.

Two upcoming optics that are going to be interesting that are supposed to come out "soonish" are the S&B 3-18 meta ffp and the Vortex Razor G3 4-24.

I've actually been looking at the PDP Pro X for a few days now.

My hands work best with the M&P and the large (coke bottle) backstraps. I am hoping to get to hold a PDP pretty soon.

A shot that still stands out in my mind, out shooting California Ground Squirrel with my brother. He was using a Colt Woodsman and I was packing a High Standard HD Military. A squirrel was running away from us and I took the shot. The bullet hit just underneath it and it bounced in the air with it’s legs going a mile a minute. Still the funniest “Miss” that I’ve ever had.

Why not use 7mmBR brass and blow your shoulder out to dasher, but have 7mm necks already ?

I think that would be a great option. Im just using from my stockpile of used 6 dasher brass or what i had on hand from other rifles at the moment. I will probably buy new brass in the future specifically for the rifle. I will certainly consider that option.

Ive got a sightmark wraith nightvision scope i want to sell. I believe its a 5-20. Its a couple of years old, works flawlessly. I bought it new, used it on a couple of hunts until I got a thermal and its been sitting in the safe since. Comes with illuminator.
