You're right. I completely forgot about the LRF. It might work who knows.

Honestly, I want the Thermnight 335. Decent day and night performance with built in LRF and ballistic solution under 2 grand.

I just really want a computer calculated POI on my view. I just think the tech is futuristic.

I don't think you can. Based off where the LRF is located inside the scope. That's where things like this shine, because you can use them with a clip on. Most clip-on's do well with LPVO or MPVO's so this is a pretty ideal solution to have a disturbed reticle that doesn't rely on your clip on shifting/rail flexing/getting bumped since it's actually tied to the scope/mount itself vs the clip-on.

If it shakes out to be worth a damn and they come out with a version of the mount that takes 1-10's or even better something like a 3-18.

But that's only my use case because I pretty much only shoot in the dark.

I've got plenty of AA8700 and WC872 for the 50bmg. Fifty brass isn't expensive (comparatively), I was just thinking a necked down 50bmg case would be fun in another barrel for my AR50. What do you think the .416 500gr Amax would do, 3300fps?
