yes funding is the 2 cops in a car issue. it should be addressed in some way for all the reasons that we know. get more cops= recruitment of worthwhile people problem justy as now. more funding? i can assure you there are plenty of wasted $ in any gov budget that could be used. public safety is supposed to be a legit task of gov at any level. LOL on that.

Some people have nice Ceracoted rigs or amazing rattle can jobs. I have this ugly thing covered in vet wrap, velcro, zip ties, electrical and masking tape. I should look into cleaning it up.

Also I noticed the coyotes in this particular area have matted or rat tails. What causes that? Mange? Also has an open wound on the left ear independent of the bullet hole in the neck.

You should have seen our m24's in the army. Puss pad taped to the stock with 100mph tape, shit tied to them with 550 cord, tape everywhere, including building up the width of the grip among other things. Ratllecanned to death. If you make your living with your rifle, they quifkly start looking more like yours does than these pretty $5k custom jobs that get fresh air 3 days a year, with impeccable paint and pristine cerakote. We would repaint them as neccessary based on seasons, locations etc. Pretty rifles are good for pictures.

How do you note your rifles current zero setting when storing a rifle?

your idea of 2 cops in a car is exactly what i think. at least a witness or maybe some control of assholeness. and 2 cameras. in reality also safer for cops,back up right there.
ANY camera shown to be not working any time,for any reason should be an immediate 2 week unpaid removal from duty. camera doesn't? return to station for correction of same.

It's possible whatever part of Oklahoma that is has funding issues and cannot afford to put two cops in every car (2 cops per car should be the standard for lots of reasons).

Florida drivers are a lot like Arizona drivers, maybe it's the heat combined with the flatness, they're all fucking nuts out here.

One member of our tribe who is looking into our specific origins is finding that we are different than many other tribes in the central California area in many features. He’s posted some writings that indicate that we have more of a Polynesian ancestry. I’m still learning and trying to be open minded.

I learned about trajectory, windage, and holdover from a Red Ryder. Also, about ricochets from the steel beer cans we shot at after the adults drained them, having used a church key to open them.

I was counting clicks up on a Garand long before I used a scope that could be dialed. Even longer before I had a scope with a zero stop.

The idea of using a minimally affected range to derive a zero, and then correcting from there for other ranges and atmospheric conditions by adjusting the sighting system may not be intuitive to other than you idiot savants of the shooting world.

Even if the op was a troll, this subject is a good teaching and learning moment for best practices with tools we learned to use.
