Hey all. I picked up a new old stock Redfield Accurange for my M40 clone build, and am looking for recommendations on where to send it for servicing.

There’s a haze on the inside of the glass, so the scope would need a full teardown and rebuild.

The two places I’ve found that do this kind of work are Iron Sight Inc. and Vintage Gun Scopes. I plan to reach out to both, but would appreciate any recent feedback for their services.

I am in the process of trying to build a clone of the “JAR” rifle that the Secret Service used. I am specifically wanting to build the McMillan stocked version. From my research I come to find that they used 7mm Rem Mags and later switched to a 300 Win Mag some time later. Does anyone know how these Rifles were built out? Remington 700’s or M24’s? Barrel maker, profile, length, twist? Suppressed or not? If so, what suppressors did they run? Trigger? Optic and mounts? I have also read that the bottom metal was an aluminum BDL unit. Can anyone confirm this?

I already have the McMillan stock for the build. I have an M24 action available and an M24 trigger. I also have several old Walker triggers I can pull from.

Any help is much appreciated and if anyone can post any pictures that would be awesome!

$300. Good idea. I don't have a single TT set at the very bottom, and wouldn't miss the 4oz. I wonder how much tougher the higher tolerances get.

I should be thrilled that this chronograph is finally on sale. I've been planning on purchasing one for quite a while. But I get a little skeptical with a manufacturer sale that appears to be at every retail outlet.

Selling a Ruger American ranch chambered in 7.62x39. Gun is in good shape but has been hunted with so it has a couple scuffs and small marks here and there. Round count is low. Bolt is pretty smooth on this one. Also included is 2 mini 30 10 round mags and factory Ruger ranch 5 round mag. Suppressor, scope and rings not included.

Selling my Glock 19 as I’m trying to get a Glock 47 to fit my hand better. This gun has roughly 800 rounds through it. It is pictured with everything however the red dot and weapon light will not be included in the sale.

I have the original box and all MOS plates, the gun comes with two (x2) 15 round magazines and two (x2) 15 round magazines with Strike Industries +5 extension. The gun has the standard trigger in there but the shoe was replaced with a Vickers Tactical flat face shoe. The removable grip tape is made by Handle It. I added AmeriGlo suppressor height blacked out rear and tritium front sight.

I shoot 22 lr bolt action rifles. Just getting into 50 yard benchrest. Have been lurking for a while and thought it was time to sign up. George

Working on initial load development for a new rifle. Barrel has a little over 200 rounds down the tube. My current thinking is to run seating depth tests with 41.0 gn and 41.8 gn loads. In a previous test I tested 40.9 and 41.0 loads and the ES/SD results were almost identical to the 41.1 gn load shown here with slightly lower velocities. I didn't have a lot of time yesterday, so I wasn't able to let the barrel cool down as much as I would have liked which likely effected the group sizes in the later groups as the barrel and the can were getting pretty warm. All groups are 5 shots at 100 yards with virtually no wind measured with Ballistic X. All test loads were seated .005 off the lands with Berger LRHT 140s. I'm curious which loads others would choose and why if they are different from the ones I'm planning to use. The extra shots between targets 8 and 9 are sighters.
