So I found a 1” marked gen 1 for my M40 build. It has the glass in the ocular cracked so I decided to try cerakote instead of waiting on someone to start anodizing again. I used the sniper green color. It turned out pretty good I think. Now I’ll send to Mike at Iron Site and get it refurbed with a mildot reticle. Getting closer!

Looking for something lighter for my kid to handle. Hard to handle a 15 lb rifle and a 10 lb heavy fill bag. Looking for something like a Schmedium lite fill or fortune cookie. Thanks!

Got my new build out to the range today. Put 80 rounds through it. Ran perfectly, no malfunctions of any kind. A little overgassed with SA gas block wide opened, vented it 7 clicks and got a nice ejection pattern and softened a bit. Goups seemed to tighten up a bit through the session. Last 2 groups on paper were around the 45-55rnd mark and just at 1moa @100yds. After that I started banging the steel at the back of the range at ~225yrds. No problem consistantly hitting the 8" plate 4 or 5 out of 5 shots. Next time I'll get some groups at 200yds on paper. Also first time getting behind the Zeiss LRP S3 6-36x56 and it is awesome. Rifle shoots very soft, no problem seeing splash even at high mag. Reticle barely leaves target. The rifle has more in it. I'm not in love with the Timney Calvine Elite. Had it on the shelf from another build I didn't like it in and thought I would try it again. Swapping a TriggerTech in it. I was shooting Hornady 108gr Match. I'm hoping to eventually stretch it's legs.

Anybody on here happen to have time behind both the bergara b14r and any of the vudoo rifles? I picked up a bergara about 6 months ago and have put a couple thousand rounds through it. It produces pretty good groups out to a 100 yards gets pretty wishy washy any further. Iv exclusively shot SK rifle match out of it up until the past few weeks as I am running pretty low on the sk ammo now so Iv been experimenting with some other ammos (basically whatever i can get my hands on right now) cci standards, mini mags, aguila, federal etc. unfortunately have had pretty terrible results with the other ammos. Just kinda curious if the vudoo rifles seem really ammo picky or if they are a little more forgiving and what kinda groups you guys are getting past 100yrds with them? Iv about pulled the trigger on buying one a couple times but just curious if you guys that have em are happy with the vudoos after shelling out the $$ for them? Worth the extra dough or save the money and keep rolling with the bergara? Hoping we come out of this ammo crisis sometime this year!

Thinking about doing a 6 Dasher SBR using the 80gr ELD-VT. Barrel will be ~11.5-12” (trying to have the suppressor right at the end of the hand guard on a MDT HNT26). Anyone have any experience with a Dasher <16” barrel? Any velocity data?

Full length legs will add approximately 16.5”. Made with 100% carbon fiber legs, custom machined 6061 T6 aluminum adapters that are attached with high strength epoxy.

Measurements to bottom of ARCA rail using an MDT CKYE Pod single pull:

Legs in narrowest position: 26” - 31” tall
Legs in middle position: 21” - 25”
Legs in widest position: 13.25” - 15.5”

Weight for the single pull full length set is ~5 oz (2.5oz per leg).

Note that this is for the leg extensions (2 legs per), no bipod or feet included.

Selling a lightly used MPA BA Hybrid chassis in FDE for Rem 700 SA. Bought this as part of a 6cm rifle so it’s catch and release. There are some marks on the forend and the rail (as expected) but all minor, overall it is in excellent condition, the hinge is super tight. Comes as pictured with spigot mount, barricade stop and 2 round holder but no weight kit.

Weights have since been sold.
