SOLD SIG KILO 10K Gen II RFB - WTT

WTT: SIG KILO 10K Gen II for LP Fuzion.

Bought these new a few months ago and used them for two matches.

Really nice binos without the blue tint of the Gen 1s.

No dings or dents - happy to provide additional photos for anyone interested.

I’ve included a time stamp since I’m newer - I’m open to call/FaceTime too for further inspection.

I’m looking for a Lone Peak Fuzion SA (308), preferably alpine cut, and/or a barreled action in 308 or 6.5CM with a carbon barrel. I’d also entertain any similar set ups, mostly for hunting so a bare rifle that comes in around 8ish Lbs.

I have 30+ flair on Reddit (GAFS), I go by the same username.

I have some feedback on tacswap.

Trade Value: $2,250

Payment: Venmo, Zelle, PayPal (either F&F or G&S but buyer pays the fees).

6.5 Creed build - Impact 737r, pre-fit mfg, profile?

I put together a Zermatt Arms Rim-X this year as my first ever bolt action build (shooting a T1x Tikka prior) with a pre-fit barrel, MDT chassis and have been enjoying it very much...

Time to do a 6.5 Creedmoor build to go the distance.

Seems Impact is the most popular by far on PRS site.. any reason not to go with the 737r? Any preferred retailers on the hide to order from?

Looking for a 24'' pre-fit barrel open to mfg and profile suggestion here.

Looking at a U10 or U10-7 from McMillan for this build, wanting to go with a bit more traditional stock; open to a suggestion or two here as well.

Already have a trigger-tech in the safe ready to go.

Dillon BL550 basic question

For the BL550 press, it does not come with shell plate, correct? Just confirming as they didn't mention this in the "at minimum you need these things also" list.

Which means, I need to get a shell plate or a conversion kit. The kit includes the (metal) powder and the pins. Do I absolutely need those as it mentions that this powder funnel is to "activate the automatic powder dispenser", and I am manually measuring and pouring the powder in. Perhaps I need this so the powder doesn't pour everywhere and out the case? For the pins, I watched a couple guys on YT and they didn't had any pins attached to the plate.

Looking for loading 6mm Dasher with either as a single stage or manually index the press. That's the only caliber I am loading ATM.

Thank you everyone

Accessories Garmin Xero mounts and Pelican case inserts for the Xero

Eli, My 12-year-old, is making some cool new mounts for the Garmin Xero. He is also making some cool inserts that fit a Pelican 1040 case.

The rifle mount allows you to attach your Xero to any rifle with an arca-swiss or a Picatinny rail. The mount also allows you to slide the Garmin out to the side to clear baker wings or weights. The mount can also be mounted to an arca-swiss tripod head, allowing you to switch between rifles and/or shooters easily.
tempImagehxSAc2.pngIMG_0495.jpg
The 4-way arca mount is designed for the Xero to be easily mounted to an arca-swiss head tripod no matter what direction you want to keep your head.
tempImage9uhidf.pngtempImageFXDYLT.png
Keep your kit safe with one of his custom Pelican 1040 case inserts. Made out of thermoplastic polyurethane, the insert provides a snug fit of your Xero with the right amount of softness to protect the finish on it. The inserts are designed for the four way arca attachment or the rifle mount.

Hanukah came early

Holidays came early this year.

Match style preban 223 Wylde 20" white oak armament that I picked up on Black Friday for a song.

signal-2024-12-21-19-03-58-656~2.jpg

I have a mars-L lower and some spare parts that would look pretty 69 shades of fde.

Or I could take my 16 inch Larue barrel out of my current PRS setup and install this one.

What say the hide?

Which White Oak Upper

Have done my research and it has come down to either:
-20" Varmint upper 1:8 Twist
-20" SPR upper 1:8 Twist

Going with the MLOK handguard and will be threaded but can't decide between the Varmint or the SPR. Will be used as a bench gun from 100-600 yards shooting factory ammo (between 55-77grain to see what it likes) and ARCA mounted on a tripod for coyotes. Thoughts?

Boar's Head...or is that a Cockroach Head?

Some good comments about how did the USDA let this go on for so long. There is supposed to be an inspection at each shift. So this wasn't the recent listeria issue; over 6 years!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm wondering what Publix is doing now? Shitting their pants (pun not intended)? Looks like Dietz and Watson will be the new "go-to" for me.

Cole-Tac.. I've got to give these folks credit

Just wanted to share a positive experience (or I should say yet another positive experience) here on the Hide with ordering from Cole-Tac & their products.

I'm really digging their operation. One of the 'neat' touches is each product that you get is personally signed by which employee made said product, I like that. I just received another order from them tonight and I think it's pretty dang cool that you can see who made the actual product you're holding.

Made in the USA (one of the things they're very proud of & should be) as well.

Anywho- just wanted to give some positive vibes to Cole-Tac.

SOLD 42mm Panerai 682 Submersible

Up for sale is my Panerai 682 in excellent condition. The Panerai 682, IMO was the last of the true 42mm submersibles, housing the Panerai in-house P.9010 movement with the incredibly practical "jump hour" function, that with which, combined with Panerai's crown system, makes for incredibly quick and simple time zone changes. Panerai later discontinued this wonderful movement, and its jump hour function in subsequent iterations of the 973 and 2973, much to the chagrin of Panerai enthusiasts. This change made the 973s and 2973s less desirable than the original 682.

This movement, along with the full stainless bezel that reminds me of an antique deep-sea helmet are what drew me to this timepiece originally. Comes with everything you see here and the factory rubber strap is in excellent condition. The bezel is tight, with great feel and clicks and Panerai's patented strap change system on the 682 make strap changes as simple as pressing a button on the case. There is quite a lot of technology built into this very wearable Panerai. Watch is in great shape with no significant marks to speak of. As expected from an all brushed/polished steel watch and bezel, light swirls/scratching can be visible at the right lighting and angles. I have tried to capture those in bezel photos near 12 and 4 o'clock. The blue and the orange Horus straps are not included, but are just show to display the 682's versatility.

Asking $6450 Shipped in CONUS.

Accessories DD 10.3" MK18 barrel with DD gas block

Looking to sell my 10.3" DD MK18 barrel with gas block and gas tube. I recently pulled this barrel out of my upper and estimate it has at most 600 rounds on it. Crown appears to be in good shape as does the overall appearance of the barrel..... the gas block did get scuffed/ scratched up when I removed it as pictured. Sale includes the barrel, gas block, gas tube and gas block pin.

Asking $250 shipped

Preferred payment would be Zelle or PayPal
