Spotters Spotting scope chassis.

Been struggling with spotting targets with my 45 degree spotter.
I decided to design a little frame to stick a cheap little red dot on with a M-lok slot on top. 3D printed it out of PLA for ease of printing. Seems to work really well and have saved me a ton of time spotting targets.

I kinda want to see some other chassis systems for Spotting scopes. I know the Badger SLICK system is out there. What are some things that can improve spotting time?

Pic of the 3D printed frame.
Super cheap. Vortex won't hold zero on a gun so might as well put it on something that doesn't recoil.
Thank you for your time.

Cartridges that work well super AND subsonic

Hey guys, my last thread was about best cartridge for subsonic lethality. The one before that was supersonic cartridges that pair well with short barrels. So if you have a short barrel bolt action in mind, that gave us an idea of some of the best supersonic and separately subsonic cartridge choices for hunting.

Now I ask, is there any particular cartridges that do a good job at both? They may not be the best at one or the other but have the best balance. They make one gun a 0-200 or even 300 supersonic hunter AND a 0-100 subsonic hunter.

I have no idea if this exists, that's why I'm asking. Maybe the answer has to be two guns.

Let's have your ideas and scenarios fellas. Here's to a good discussion 🤙

Watches?

I have run a 511 ballistic watch for several years. Now I know that it wasn't the most accurate but would get me on target out to 600 -800 yards or very close. Well the thing broke and they do not offer it it any more so I am looking for a replacement watch. I have done searches both here and net and I am not finding much. What can you recommend.
I was looking at getting a watch with a altimeter and then the Garmin fortrex 701 with the ballistic app. but that would be two items to carry.

?????

Gear choices/next purchases

I've been to a few matches and picked up some gear along the way. Right now, I'm using a B14R with an MPED. I've got a bipod, a schemedium, a Kestrel, a chronograph, rangefinder, and some 8x10 Crossfire binoculars.
Is there anything essential or just nice to have that I'm overlooking? Should I consider getting a tripod, a new chassis, upgraded binoculars, or maybe save up for a custom rifle setup? Or should I just stick with what I have for now.
