Looking at prefit barrels free bore options seem to be numerous. 1 maker is .130, another offers both .150 and .185. I’m guessing that bullet selection drives the choice, but how do you decide when just starting out?

Curious as to where our “nicer tech” toys come from.

Im in the market for a whole new precision setup. I've only previously reloaded straight wall pistol on a 650 so this is process I've never had to implement.

An annealer is one piece of the puzzle that I am planning on getting. Particularly the AMP Anneler.

Anyone have experience with the Noveske switchblock, particularly in a large frame ar 10 style rifle? If so, curious what suppressor you used and what the gas was like between suppressed and unsuppressed use.

Nightforce 7-35x56 Mil-XT F1 (C613) sitting in ARC Medium (1.1”) M-Brace rings and Mk Machining 34mm XLP Billet Scope Level.

Excellent condition. Slight ring marks that are barely noticeable. Range use only with less than 150 rounds. Never used in a match

Barely used. I've taken it out twice for short hunts. Has absolutely everything it left the factory with. Never stored with the batteries in it. The IR illuminator is already mounted, and I'll leave it in the burris preper mount that it's in now. That seems to be just right for mounting height. $1,000 shipped, or trade for something cool, (looking for a 22-250 or faster .22 bolt rifle).

Has anyone tried to fit an impact prefit on a surgeon action?

I’ve got a new surgeon sitting around and was thinking about getting a prefit or selling my surgeon and getting an impact.

The only reason I’m thinking about using my surgeon is that I had it DLC coated.

As the title suggests, I would like to sell my Nightforce atacr 1-8 lpvo fcdmx reticle with badger condition one 1.93 mount and 100 concepts scope cover.

The glass is perfect. It used to be rattle canned. Paint is 99% off scope and 85% off mount. It's hard to get in the cracks. All paint was removed with a toothbrush so no extra damage.

Currently have a 26 inch running Berger 156s avg 3015-3025. Wanting to cut the barrel down a bit for a can. Unsure on what can but at minimum it’ll be a standard length can but more than likely an L can. Considering Abel Co, OCL, and Diligent. I hunt in SC so weight is not a big deal, either hunt from an elevated blind or from the ground using my Fatboy tripod. Being on a bolt gun max suppression is the priority. Bundled items:

BCM upper, .300 BLK Criterion Core 10.5” barrel with BCM headspaced bolt from Criterion, and 9.3” Geissele MK8 handguard with Geissele gas block - $480

BCM upper is like new, the Criterion barrel has 150-200 rounds through it at the most. Used it as a backup for my main squeeze during training, but it’s been sitting in the safe ever since. Core Series barrels are a 2-3 month wait (at least). BCM upper is thermal fit to the barrel prepped with AeroShell, barrel nut torqued to 40ft-lbs, handguard bolts torqued to 5ft-lbs, and gas block is not pinned but torqued to 25in-lbs with Loctite 243 on the threads. I have a 7.62 HUXWRX QD muzzle brake that I might be inclined to sell with this as I may replace it with the new 6mm model.

San Tan billet upper with forward assist and 11.5” San Tan Wedgelock handguard - $125

This has a slight rattle can paint job on the upper. The handguard alignment pin did not quite align with the upper. I aligned the handguard with the upper using a tapped it on not realizing that they were not aligned. This forced the pin into the upper and there’s no removing it. Also the pin started a slightly new path into the handguard. The handguard is brand new other than the pin “realignment. I am not selling this as a result, I’m selling it due to the weight of the barrel nut – it’s just too heavy when combined with a Law Tactical folder and I’m now used to Geissele’s feather light barrel nut. That being said, most people really love the wedgelock design.

3.9” Sig Sauer slide with Faxon threaded barrel and Sig Romeo Pro red dot - $450

Slide is the older dovetail rear sight model so the Sig Romeo dot is ideal as it is built to align with the stock front sight. The slide is “used” but includes all internals. The optic and barrel have maybe 50 rounds on them. I run Acros on everything now and the Romeo Pro just wasn't my thing, so I don't need this slide or optic anymore.
