Tell me what laptop to buy

I need to buy a new laptop for my small business. I want a windows based computer to run quick books and surfing the internet. I do not need to run any powerful software or anything like that.

I need something very basic for my very limited computer skills. My budget is open but I don't think I need to spend a ton to get what I need. I have been shopping and I honestly can't tell one from the other. Hope to get a few solid recommendation from others that know more than myself.

Thanks

Bench setup and workflow help

Im new to reloading and finally working on getting my bench setup. I want to make the best use of my space as this is where I’ll setup new rifles and do all my cleaning. The left wall with outlets is all wood and sturdy so I can mount whatever to it, along the back of the long bench there’s an 8-9” gap due to the pillar so I can build shelving of some sort to take up that empty space as well.

I have a rock chucker I’m planning on only setting up with my ugly priming tool, a Forster coax for everything else and a Henderson trimmer. I want to keep all that stuff on the short bench but I’m not sure if I should hard mount all, none, or somewhere inbetween using something like inline fab stuff. One thing is I’d like to get the rock chucker on a riser and leave the other 2 flat. I can put the scale on the long bench where press movement won’t affect it since I didn’t mount the 2 benches together. Recommendations would be appreciated

Ammo 7n6 Poison Pill 5.45x39 ammo

Got this from a buddy who inexplicably opened two tins. The ammo is still lacquer sealed and has been in climate control since opened.

I think 50 cents a round is as cheap as it gets online - two cases of 1,080 (each opened) plus several hundred loose rounds.

ETA - one tin minimum to ship or if you want the loose ammo, IIRC it is 600ish, but I'll get a better count soon and round reasonably in the buyers favor.

Actual shipping applies

Gunsmithing Bullet tumbling

I had a friend at a law enforcement agency call me this week wondering about bullets tumbling really bad in a lot of ammo they’d purchased several thousand rounds of for practice ammo. He said they were tumbling at really close distance and the tac guys were getting light baffle strikes. I’m no expert but, figured I could rule out a few things and figure it out and I’m stumped. They’re 62 grain 5.56 cartridges being shot out of rifles that regularly shoot that bullet weight they are 1:7 and 1:8 twist rifles and the bullets showed similar results across multiple rifles a few larue and other high end rifles. They paper tested them and they’re fully keyholing at 7 yards. The guys shooting aren’t dummies by any means. I assumed the bullets were undersized but they’re measuring an average of .2253 (can slightly oversized cause tumbling?) the boat tails are scuffed terrible but I imagine that’s par for mass produced factory fmj. I milled 10 of the bullets in half and everything on the inside appears evenly filled and normal from what I have seen. I don’t have any pride here I’d just like to help these guys out since they’ve purchased a boat load of this stuff, and probably are going to need some reasoning when they send it back or attempt to.

Or that’s what they’d have you believe to justify that they roughed up and arrested a quadriplegic midget because he didn’t show the proper respect .

Look how violent and aggressive he his
while they talked to him outside the garage

And the pig bitch asked him who had custody of him . A grown ass man . .

2025 Scout Sniper Association M40A5 rifle raffle

e993f623-96e3-485a-89fb-d177bb566a1a.png

Well, gentlemen, it's that time of the year again! We're about a month out from drawing the winner for an epic M40A5 clone build, the rifle raffle ends on May 5th.

I donated this rifle to the Scout Sniper Association (SSA) in order to help raise money for the Marine Scout Sniper community through the SSA. The SSA is a 501(C)(3) charitable organization and 100% of the funds raised from this rifle raffle will be used to fulfill the SSA's mission. This includes supporting active duty and reserve Scout Sniper units, as well as helping out gold star families who have tragically lost their Scout Sniper family member. The SSA is a phenomenal organization and they do incredible things for the Scout Sniper community, and any support for the SSA is greatly appreciated.

This year's raffle rifle is an M40A5 clone build, and it was assembled by 2 amazing Marine 2112 armors - Jake Meyers and Deven Huffman. Both of these Marines donated their time and efforts to build this M40A5 sniper rifle. These 2112 armorers have personally built dozens of sniper rifles for Marine Scout Snipers to use in combat. This first-hand experience ensures that this M40A5 was meticulously built to the original USMC M40A5 specifications, with no detail being overlooked.

This is truly an extraordinary clone rifle, and since it's not a vintage gun, its modern features make it a very versatile rifle. You can take it to the shooting range, take it into the field hunting, shoot competition matches with it, etc. Whomever wins this rifle is getting an amazing gun that isn't just historical, it's also very usable! This isn't a wall hanger, it's a rifle that's built to take on many years of hard use. The M40A5 kit also includes many of the SL3 accessories, so it's a complete package.

You can purchase raffle tickets for this epic M40A5 sniper rifle at this link:

Please let me know if anyone has any questions, and I'll do my best to answer them. Thank you very much for your support and I wish everyone luck with their raffle tickets!

Here is the actual prize M40A5 sniper rifle being test fired by members of the USMC shooting team. They easily achieved sub-MOA performance with standard M118LR ammunition, and they really enjoyed shooting this rifle. It's high praise all-round for this M40A5:

Man ticketed for using “swear words -has beat criminal case

And won $35,000 dollars cause it turns out a grown man calling another grown man a name isn’t against the law . Guess they didn’t know that down in Montrose CA .

Yep will to ticket and fine grown men for swear words but not willing to do anything about the rampant crime or street shitting or the illegal mass murders.

Why am I piercing primers on this 6.5AR?

Loaded up a new load for this 6.5cm AR, and right out of the gate started piercing primers. and primer flow on some. Gun only has approx 40 rnds on it, and no piercings on those. First 20 was some standard issue S&B 140s, which shot really well, then a few mild reloads (which I dont remember the specs off hand) which were fine as well.
These loads were alpha brass, federal srp's, berger 130s over 35.7gr of varget, (37.5 is berger book max) and 40.1gr of H4350 (berger book max is 41.6). Both beat the necks up pretty good (dented mouths, and scored necks, w/ mild ejector swipe & extractor marks)
The bolt and bolt carrier is Lantac's match model. Mcgowen custom barrel w/ superlative gas block (dont remember the setting) and a supressor on. 2582fps was the average on the 35.7 of varget, and 2554 was the average on the 36gr of varget.
