Need info on the Savage 110 Scout rifle. Does it use the normal 110 short action? Does it have a barrel nut? Are the sights removable? Is there a full length Picatinny rail available for both models? I am building a truck gun and already have an accurate 17inch Savage barrel on a stagger feed LA and can't get it to feed properly. It seems the Magpull model in 223 is hard to find.

I have an MPA hybrid hunter with a proof carbon barrel in 300 PRC. I also have a 24" Bartlein M24 stainless barrel for it in 300 PRC. I was looking over the tenon prints for the Kratos and the Helix Hybrid and it looks like one could use a proof prefit for a Terminus Kratos on a Helix or axiom. Can anyone confirm? I can get a prefit proof for less than I can have a prefit spun up is why I ask.

Long story short I have had my rifle re-barreled, I have had a variety of issues with extraction (and ejection) since.
I had thought I had sorted the issue (bought a new extractor and had chamber re-cut) but shot a match in the rain this weekend and half way through started gets fired cases stuck in the chamber again.

I had some cleaning supplies in my car so managed to fix it but am thinking I need to start carrying something with me.
What are guys carrying around as far as cleaning gear goes? I had thought maybe a bore mop, brush and 4 pieces 22lr rod would be required but then thought perhaps a boresnake would do the trick.

Or any recommendations or tips for people with tight chambers to avoid this happening in the first place?

Quick question for anyone that knows. When using factory ammo for NRLH, does it have to be carried in its product packaging or can be put in an ammo binder?

AI At-XC Action VS Terminus Zeus Action

I am either going to wait and buy AT-XC or do a custom build using terminus Zeus Action in AI AT-X Chassis.

What would make the AI worth the extra 1500? other than its an AI and its cool.

I have read very good things about the Zeus action and its reliability.

Rifle would be used for PRS style shooting along with possibly hunting with a Carbon barrel.
