I've had to plant my fucking ass on my recliner for over a week after having cataract surgery on both eyes. Had my last surgery yesterday. All I've been able to do is read (with a pair of cheaters) because I was told not to drive and absolutely NO SHOOTING a centerfire rifle (recoil) until the post-op exam visit next week. All that has to do with keeping my new astigmatism eye lens implants from moving around until healed.

Today I ran into this gem (video below) posted by a guy on a YT channel called "Legal AF" The meaning of AF is being debated but it I'm going with "As Fuck".

Anyway, I did all the legwork so you don't have to. The site is a part of an outfit out somewhere around New York called "MeidasTouch" and is "an American progressive media company. The network describes itself as doing 'pro-democracy' journalism" and was started to run lawfare " attacks on Trump during his first run for President in the 2020 election cycle.

Looking at possibly dropping the coin on the TBAS for my new machine. Was curious what’s the max rpm people have been able to get it up to without vibration issues. The machine I have is a Ganesh 1640 GT which weighs about 3600 lbs.

I just resized some 7 PRC cases using Hornady full length dies. The brass is Hornady factory ammo once fired. After full length sizing I’m measuring 0.530” at base (above case head); SAMMI dimension is 0.532”. Aslso the neck is 0.314”; SAMMI is 0.317”. Is this normal to be a few thousandths smaller? Inside neck diameter is 0.281” which gives 0.003 neck tension which sounds reasonable.

Selling 360 count Hornady once fired 6.5 PRC brass. $50 per hundred shipped. $165 shipped for the whole lot.

As the title says. New or used is fine, offering $1900-$2100.

Playing with 155.5 bergers in my 300winmag. Loaded three on the upper end of the scale just to look for the limit. Loade 73,74, and 75gr of H4350. Book max is 74.

My chamber was built around the 215 so I'm jumping them almost 1/4"
With the long freebore there I was fairly comfortable with that 1gr over max.

Velocities as follows.
73gr- 3270
74gr- 3326
75gr- 3393



Left to right, 73, 74, 75. All showing slight ejector marks, which 73, and 74 kind of surprised me. The primers don't really look bad on any of them though. No resistance on the bolt lift whatsoever.

Has anyone got there hands on one yet?
How does it compare to the SiCo Scythe or the Diligent Defense Enticer STi?

I’m currently looking at getting a new bolt action rifle that will be used for an upcoming Elk hunt as well as some long range shooting and It’ll be in 300 Win Mag.

I’ve been doing a bunch of research and have nixed the Weatherby Vanguard, Remington 700 BDL, Howa 1500 and Winchester 70. So many things to look at that it makes your head spin. All were so close that it came down to personal preferences.

From the research I narrowed my choices down to the Mesa and T3X. Here I’m stuck as they both have very good pluses. The Tikka is cheaper by a few hundred but not enough to be the deciding factor.

Anyone have any opinion on these two? Appreciate it!

Up for sale is a BNIB G20 Gen 4. It has a Johnny Glock Evolution X Combat Trigger + Vex Shoe and Striker installed. Also have a brand new set of Tru Glo suppressor height night sights not installed (I can install if you want or just include them). Factory parts will be included as well.

I bought it to build a 10mm Roland Special and never finished it.

For your consideration, Scar 20S in 6.5 creedmoor with barrel cut to 14.5inch. This thing is a blast to shoot but doesn’t really fit the program here. About 200 rnds on the gun, zeroing, truing, nothing crazy. Pleasantly surprised to find out it pushes 140gr FGMM’s at over 2500FPS which makes it one heck of an ideal battle rifle.
Rifle just had my ASR brake un pinned, so I will ship rifle to your FFL, and barrel to you to avoid issues. It’s up to you to know your laws and do the right thing. Comes with 4 older kryloned 20rnd mags from my deployment days.

I’m looking my for something new, I’m currently just using cheap safety glass from Amazon but they have been fogging up on me ever since this summer. My sunglasses do not fog but I see better through clear lenses.

Any thought?
